Does anyone know why the game isn't changing when i edit a value in mtool? For example changing lvl 50 to 99

Everybody's already basically summed out how this works, just trigger a autosave/interact with the save pillars. I just wanted to add that the ejaculation debuffs and husk have to be removed by removing them with mtool and then getting boned during a battle.

I have extracted it japanese unicode using the rar app for android but it still doesn't work, I've gone through all 100 pages and done all of those solutions. I still get stuck with the same error. I have put forth the effort for about 2 weeks now. I have tried literally everything I can

I'm not sure what to tell you, I'd have to be there to see the steps involved, you could be missing a crucial step. It could also be a specific issue with you/your computer. No idea, gonna have to troubleshoot or get someone to walk through different solutions/possible fixes.
