Can someone please tell me how to unlock the full gallery in the mtool and what switches/variables to change? I don't want to do the whole game all over again. Thank you <3

There is no "full gallery." You can get animations and scenes from the demons that you "recruit," but the game doesn't have a proper gallery. Also, as an aside, Alan(the dev) has implemented things that punish you for trying to muck about with the save. The most I've done is muck about with the MC's level to make the grind easier and putting the non-repeatable gifts into the inventory.
I haven't heard of this, what happens when you are "caught cheating"?
Also, is there any content after the yugioh D-rank bossfight? also also, is there unique game over if you lose the rank-up match? i gamed so hard she had no chance of winning.

There are things like you'll still lose a fight and gain corruption if you try to save-scum during a boss fight. I've had a save screwed up so bad because I tried to restart during the campaign and instead of everything/everyone reverting, the game proceeds as if it was your original save minus story progression. There was also an error where I could not access the spare inventory in the room.
It's why I don't do anything to alter anything major when it comes to the game. I don't know the full extent of what Alan has implemented and screwing around too much seems like a bad time.

You can see unlocked scenes at the menu in which you can also select a chapter you want to play. The scenes are just grayed out if you didn't see them before. If someone had a global save with these unlocked OR knew which MTOOL variables unlock them, then it would be unlocked. You clearly didn't understand my question, which makes me sad because noone knows the answer here.

The unlock criteria is actually seeing them for the standing CGs or combat CGs but for the actual sexo you need to "feed" the girls levels. IIRC its upto level 100 for the companions and upto level 30 for other demons.
So from that note you can find some variables for levels and/or affection for the demons that you want to see
I know that its in the Hospital (see my post). I want to know where IN the Hospital they are

You can find them in the dark section of the hospital if you have Dungeon Sonar / Kage-Onna's ability active. Just AFK in the dark area and you'll eventually get the encounter, it's about a 1-in-3 chance of getting the right one.

If you are having trouble opening the game on JoiPlay, try changing the settings for webGL and PixiJS... It worked for me

Ok, I'm trying to understand what is happening on JoiPlay, I can achieve the opening sometimes, but the game stop working most of the time(the game is very heavy on my phone) most of the translation is bugged and won't show the text

Ok, I wasn't able to wait, I keep coming back and trying again, 2 things I discovered, inside the files are copies of the arquives.xmp that is causing conflict in the moment of loading scenes, try erase all of them, with that I was able to pass the tutorial, the translation still invisible, and if you choose the wrong options the game just crash, so it's a try and error, until I can find the language options I will keep searching
I surrender, after years holding and making excuses to not use Maldives, I finally decided to give it a try, the translation now is showing, but the images are all black... GREAT, a least I was able to understand something, this game has a lot of problems with emulators, both of them
