As far as I know, you can't sleep with any. Just spend the day with her.
If you can't do this option it's because you didn't level up enough with her.

After 100s of tries and many rage quits, I finally broke through and claim victory. Took me a bit too long after asking some help but I did it.

I feel ya. Prob need some reworking down the line though I will say its prob an optional region to go to.

For the tips to beat the volleyball stage. wait 3 ball movements and click on the character that looks like its the closest to hit the ball and try not to rush it. Will admit the mini game quite tedious to get through. But yeah hopfully there is the instant skip option later down the line for those who don't want to go through the volleyball mini game.

Not sure, depending on how they justify skipping the minigame. Gold? Not being able to recruit Koa?
They did something similar with Teigan and Hazel, but I'm just guessing
