His assassin name is Lance in Sicae tooActually he calls himself Lance in MBiML.
The sicae mc appears in mbiml but the mc's are not the same person

"Lance" Dietrich aka Sicae's protagonist has been trained extensively by Seth since his early childhood. While the protagonist from MBIML was given the numbers serum by Jovian to save him from his terminal cancer. He's got untapped potential in him but needs training to become much more stronger (his torturer at Mentzel (wish I remembered that surname) manor found out the hard way after pushing him too far).
Yeah as ArDZer mentioned. The Sicae MC is kinda the origin (and older) and trained to be a assassin his whole life and had the first experimental version of the serum but the mbml mc has (according to the sicae mc) a higher potential due the strongest serum (most likely).
But the Sicae MC is for sure more of a warrior, mbml mc seems more like a power of love hulk
