Overview:
Side Effect is a visual novel-style game, developed in Twine, which aims to deliver a story rich in detail and with several options for paths to follow. At first, the focus of the project will be on introducing the main characters and building the basic relationships between them and their possible conflicts. In this story you will play a complex man, a writer and former literature teacher who now co-owns and administers the prestigious Riverton High School.
In Riverton, a vibrant yet quaint city, you, at 44 years old, are emerging from the shadows of a debilitating eight-year depression. Thanks to a groundbreaking experimental medication, you find yourself reinvigorated, ready to reclaim the life that once slipped through your fingers. From a shadow of your former self, you are now filled with a newfound zest for life—and an unexpected side effect: an insatiable desire that seems to have awakened after years of dormancy.

Grammar doesn't seem that bad from just looking at the previews. Maybe some run-on sentences and comma splices but that doesn't really bother me. Honestly, it's actually pretty damn good. I don't think you even needed that disclaimer. (Again, just based off the previews provided.)

As long as it's not something like adding question marks to the end of statements and vice versa. Or saying "though" at the end of every other sentence.

Thank you for your comment. I'll fix this glitch in the next update, sorry for the inconvenience. But it's good to remember that the game is basically an HTML page. You can turn the sound off using the sound button on your browser.
