Why is the game in pieces? i dont get it why is it better to release a game level by level with every level beeing a standalone game.... are they like off the rails?

I would think it's so that you'd have to buy the game when it's finished to get the full package, but still get people to test each individual level as the game development progresses. You could of coarse keep each version and just play the stages, but I imagine there will be some final touches and additions to the older stages as well when the game is finished, so that there's another reason to get the actually finished game.

ye he finally finished it,with that this stage is complete, next month is just teaser and prob january too, only in feb is gonna have new content

Kinda late answer but it's because the game isn't in english/has no english translation. And those aren't allowed to have their own game threads.
