So what are the differences between 0.28, 0.29 and 0.30? is there a change log somewhere? Is there any translation yet?

Ignore 0.29 entirely, it is just premature release of 0.30 to ease down the coomers.
0.28 is shinobi/slime level. 0.30 is mindcontrol/parasites. Both are planned to be complementary to each other, as far as I understood the concept over the last few months.
Is there a way to add a button or key in Cheat Engine to make Yagiri pop out tits? Because after the rooms where she's tied up, you have to hurt yourself a lot and waste a lot of time for the animation to happen.

I don't see why not.
I've updated the cheat table to include that.
Press "B" to toggle the armor break cheat.
*It does lower your health to the break threshold, but you can instantly refill it by tapping "F".*
*You'll still see the character with her armor on until you take damage, but your armor is broken.*
Should work on all previous versions of the game as well.

there is a monster you basically birth and suckle, but the ending eventually results in a death/game ending, and starting all over really sucks! This needs a RETRY option.

No real reason TBH. In 0.30 this option doesn't seem to work anyway, also the savepoint is that thing emitting greenish smoke, and those are either right before a bossfight, or before an empty exit section - without an option to backtrack from there anyway.

You could just use the cheat table and bruteforce through everything while restoring health and using super jump.
The couple things in the game that do actually "Game Over" you will still be a problem, but aside from that you'd be good.
I almost had save states working so you could skip through levels and revisit, but all the enemies wouldn't spawn.

It's absolutely annoying I can't run this game because of that "MCVS dll missing" error, or something when I clearly have it.
Second goddamn time I can't play this good game because of it.

That means you've got association issues. As a tip, most dll's can be copied to the host directory to be run locally by the exe when that happens. That doesn't solve your underlying issues of your OS being borked though.

You need to download all microsoft visual c and visual studio starting from old to the newest versions, download all old and new packs, make sure you install everything starting from the old to the newest ones, since some games are created from old to the newest ver. Just google and grab all pack versions
Well, unless something complex like JIT-compiled C#, the good old MSVCR/MSVCP indeed can just be copied without installing any redistributable package for anything relying on them to work. But - first, make sure the versions are correct (an x86 version of a DLL just doesn't link with a 64-bit exe). Also, better copy them into your system32 (as some modules may not detect them otherwise), and also make sure you do really not need a .NET framework (which still may be required not by the main exe, but one of the other modules instead).
Hi fellas, let me understand correctly, the game has different versions playable and all versions have different content in them so I have to download all versions to play the "full game", or all the content from previous patches is contained in 0.30 as well so I need to download only that?

so right now dev decided (for some reason) to split all stages into different version through the development
(ex: v0.23 is final version for stage 3. v.0.24 is the early version of stage 4. so on)
don't worry cause the final release product would have everything tailored into single game folder, but if you want to play the current development stage, then you need to know which stage you want to play, which version it's on, and where to dig it.
so yeah, v0.30 doesn't have everything, it only have the stage 5
afaik it's because they have their premium game stuff on ci-en. With ci-en, you can get on a monthly subscription plan like Patreon, however ci-en more treats it like a magazine subscription of sorts. When you sign up for a monthly subscription plan, you only get that month and your paid months going forward. To get content before you subscribed, you have to pay for "back issues". Sometimes though creators have exclusives that you can't get in "back issues" to make them exclusive to people that have running subscriptions.
