Guys new ROM has not been released in that latest article, we will get the latest ROM in 5th or 6th January.
It sounded like there IS a new ROM, but its buggy and untested, and we get a better one in a few days?

There is no 0.29 here yet I guess, and on Ci-En it reads to be released on Dec 31, yet pretty buggy to await a fix in the next few days.
Bro, your lag it's the real deal, the one I responded first have the 0.29 version on his files on MediaFire, the thing is that shit time download is long(hours) Ain't gonna spend so much time downloading the the same just for the last one, for that I asked to put in on another site to be able of downloading better, faster and just the only one we're interested in, the latest version of it.
No (at least at the link you've quoted), and I downloaded one to make sure (took surprisingly little time btw). The latest in the archive is 0.27, just like on the attached screenshot. If you manage to find 0.29, please share

Nah, if I recall.
If you check the img folder in game files, you'll find that quite a few scenes are not implemented or even polished to usable state.
Hard to say if it is because they are in-progress or they will be dropped in the future (like the Slaneshi seeker-like monster in the recent posts).

I think, judging from the screenshot, MC needs to be captured to have the leather straps put on her, escape and re-encounter the executioner dude? That is, if the scene is already implemented.
It was already responded with every detail of how to trigger it.

It's a different scene you think about. I was under the same impression when same question popped up a month or two ago.

I tested it and discovered that everyone of this mobs have a different scene, the first one has monkey gangbang, the second one goblin gangbang, and the third that one in the pic
