Yeah using the included saves made no difference for me. Too many game-breaking bugs.

You go into the basement, then the garage to find a tool to open the door, to justin trailer to find the cousin girl, back to the basement and it says "To be continued" - that was literally 2 minutes.

I have the problem with the graphics,
They look as if they were pixelated, and before the update everything looked fine, it's as if the render had it at -10%, any solution to this? I already deleted the OST_GAME folder from my local in appdata but the problem continues, I have a GTX 1650 Super and Ryzen 7

That was deleted in this version i think, the new version have .sav inside the folder, put them in the save of your appdata and done
