have your tried deleting all data from older versions in app data? if no you can back it up and delete all of it. that might be causing issues.

I can't even get to main menu after the first crash. dx11 kinda fixed the problem.

Dx11 seems to have done it, haven't crashed yet and got like 100+ FPS on highest settings, UE5 is retarded and I hate it with a burning passion

Only on AMD cards, unfortunately. All we can do is to pray. The graphics on dx11 are crap and buggy tbh.
Yeah i like AMD CPUs but they lack in GPUs no idea how. Happy you got to play in the end but yes games looks better in Dx12

Finally, I made a discovery and fixed the game on my AMD card. All I had to do was roll back to an older driver, namely 25.8.1. Now the game runs perfectly. Please give your feedback, and I hope this helped.
Most Unreal Engine 5 games are like that. Even on a desktop RTX 3060 you can see some lag. The devs don't really care about optimization.

rtx 3060 here and legit when i first loaded in, it had everything on high and epic, textures were set to epic and it was too much and models wouldn't load so the intro had floating hair of the mc and the mom with the bus and everything else invisible, switching to high textures fixed this, also without DLSS this game won't even reach 60 fps on medium settings, even with ray tracing disabled it runs poorly especially indoors.
with DLSS on balanced it runs buttery smooth on highest settings except when the characters "move" during cutscenes, i feel like a rtx 3060 should be able to handle this game at least on native 1920 at 60 fps on high like come on...
DLSS really seems mandatory here for anyone with less then a 40x series.
side note: the intro reminds me heavily of "my lust wish".

So, AMD gpu here, reading a bit looks like this game sucks in optimization and stability, i dont want to rollback drivers just for a porn game, anyone made it work in an easy way? Or can tell me the latest version that worked fine?
Edit: After thinking about it a bit, changing drivers takes less time than testing random things XD.
Following Bedolaga’s advice, I can confirm that the 25.8.1 drivers work fine.

Unlike Deluded this tanks my FPS in VR. Hopefully there will be more graphical updates like getting rid of that damn UE5 lumen. Deluded i'm running solid in VR on an old codger 1080ti medium settings with textures on epic. Jumped into this and WATF 45 FPS. Naah bro its that damn lumen i bet
Anybody have the last UE4 version before he switched to UE5. He screwed up on that switch bad. Runs like sht now needin a freakin 4090to play. And he expects this is gonna be a success. Nobody's gonna buy the game now running as it is
