Trivial means "of little worth or importance". If you meant to say that they are important to the plot it should be "and" instead of "but" otherwise you should probably go with a different word.
I'm only nitpicking because it's kind of the centre point of the entire thing and is a tad confusing.

Hey there.
Quick update on the progress:
12 pages out of 65 are already ingame with sounds, transitions and music.
A few images were added to main menu for the whole main cast of EP1 to appear in there.
(nobody watches that slideshow till the end, but I like it), one scene was added to the gallery.
What are the plans for next week:
I'll be ambitious and will say it: the release.
My hope is that patrons will be able to play alpha build around next Tuesday-Wednesday.
Fingers crossed.
Also, I was considering adding stuff to MyPlace for this episode, but it'll have to wait until EP3. I'm already a couple of months behind the schedule that I set for myself and adding extra task will drag out the release for another week or two.

- Coding/Making small tweaks with written scenes (Scenes 24-38 + Ending Screen)
- Sounds/Music (Scenes 24-38)
- Adding Scenes to the gallery: 1/4

Looks like I've been a little bit too optimistic last week and overestimated myself a bit.
Fixing cringeworthy/engrish lines(yet I'm sure that there will be more than enough of them even on release), applying sounds and music and coding takes more time than I expected.
But I finally have a release date for you. Woo-hoo!
Episode 2 will be released for Patrons on October, 28th.
People who love freebies - sorry, ya'll have to wait a few extra weeks.

You know that feeling when you finish working on something in late night and thinking to yourself: "Man, it's such a great thing that I've done!"
And then you wake up in the morning, check it and be like: "On what kind of drugs was I on when I was making that? This sucks!"

I went back and forth with some things within this episode(some scenes were rewritten 5 or 6 times) and yet I'm still unsatisfied with my writing in some scenes in particular.
But I made you guys wait for a year, for fuck's sake.

So, now that the release is out of the way, I can finally sit in peace for a few days.
I was surprised that some people jumped to 20$ tier, even if it's for one month.
I hope you liked an update, guys.
Spent a year of my life working on it, after all.
Now, about working schedule and plans for next two months:
First of all, I don't like my release schedule at all. First episode took me a year and half to make, but that included learning DAZ basics, coding, creating concept and all that.
(I'm still relatively bad in rendering, coding and writing, lol), second one took a year. I hope next one will be a lot faster.
The plan is to release next update by May. I hope I'll accomplish that. Trust me, I want to have 2-4 releases per year as much as you want to play them, guys.
So, what's up with plans:

I'll give myself two-three weeks for renders and animation. While all that will be rendering, I'll work on translation and bug fixing/get rid of typos/weird idioms that I may not have noticed.
Therefore, if you'll see anything like it, don't be shy to send it to me.
If that goes quick, I'll start writing for EP3.
I already have a draft with scenes for it. However, there are still a lot of things to figure out: I still feel like some characters are underexposed and some themes are left untouched/need to be explored more. Balancing between NSFW stuff and main plot is probably the hardest thing, so far. I have revisited some scenes for 5-6 times this episode and yet still think that they suck.
The plan is to start renders by December and wrap things up by late April/early May.
To new supporters: thanks, guys. You don't realise how much it means for me.
To supporters from lower tiers: your turn is coming) Update for "Middle Class" tier gets released in 2 hours, update for "Laborer" tier gets released in a week. Your support means to me as much as the one from upper tiers.

There's nothing more satisfying for the developer than to see people discussing what's happening in this reality that came out of his mind.
