Actually you can set all stats to 100 with a save editor or higher if you want but probably shouldn't set them to 1000.
I usually set health to 265 and stamina at 400 +
Also i permanently remove the clothing for all staff (females and males) so i don't have to for every sex scene, just remember to set clothing to 1 can also remove all but 1 in equip and set that to 1.
Also it's a good idea to have every girl with the Nympho trait easy to add with a save editor just set the body to fit and change the 9 to a 5 in m_traits.
9 = Fit 5= Nymph.
For the save editor i use minerva (the offline version) best to use

if you find obtaining minerva is too much of a hassle but i prefer using minerva for flash games.

Just wondering how come your max living cap isn't around 39 like mine is? (41 later on when i have no need for Cage Cells)
You could just have 3 Gloryholes. Just a thought. Way to go getting up to 4000 + days gets boring for me at around 400 days.
I'll set the day to 4182 using a save editor and see how many clients i get just curios, maybe every girl working in the brothel will have a client at the same time.

Hi, any idea where to find the save files?

Edit: nevermind, found it. If anyone needs it, it's %appdata%(enter this into your file browser) -> Roaming -> Macromedia -> Sharedobjects -> numbers -> localhost ->other folders(depends on where u place ur simbro) -> one of the "slot_0.sol" or slot_1, slot_2, etc files.

Answer: Second floor.

The second floor cannot be built without passing the Christmas Event. The Christmas event is broken — this is a feature of version 2.7. Because of this there is so little space for living caps.

I do believe you mean halloween event since the chrimbus event requires the bar floor with it's stripper pole(s) and even then I doubt it since I (might mis)remember being able to build the bar floor as soon as the "massage salon" conversion is bought

Also I don't remember being able to build dorms in 2nd floor, just the main and basement floors

It's actually based on your reputation which i usually set to 599 then i hire staff so if you set your rep high at the start of the game then you just talk to alice and you'll have all floors unlocked right at the start and be able to build your brothel. Just make sure you have enough cash before talking to Alice, using cheat NOKIDDING a bunch of times before you load the game will work.

pidarblyat609 So the way it goes is you talk to alice after the massage salon and unlock the basement which is were i build the majority of the dorms along with 1 or 2 cage cells. Next talk to Alice again and unlock the Bar/ Strip Club no dorms here just private rooms 2 strippers polls and a security room. Last but not least the Upper floor i put a security room first then 3 dorms and the rest is bedrooms.

I probably should have mentioned that I'm talking in the last post solely about my game run, where I missed the dialog about “renovating the first floor(“second”, in Russian localization)” and therefore can't build the “first floor” until the New Year's event has passed(which never ends).

By the way, I noticed one strange thing: the dialog about the intention to “renovate the first floor” is active until the condition is met (5000 bucks and 40 reputation units). As soon as I met the condition - the dialog changed to a discussion of building a bar for 3,000 bucks. It was only after the bar was built that it was necessary to ask Alice “about business” again. Only after that the dialog about “renovation of the first floor” is available again. Since the New Year event starts immediately the day after the bar is built - the player has only one game day to decide about the second floor's event (if resources are available).

This means that the dialog about “first floor renovation” has a lowered priority and is able to be replaced by other dialogs until those are executed.

I run the 2.7a version in English and I'm able to get through all of the events, male or female mc (main character) last i checked. Anyway game is abandoned you can see if you can find something similar or wait for the simbro on steam to develop.

Never noticed what you are describing above.

Ok, the floor build order thing was bugging me so I went ahead and checked before christmas event:
Basement comes with the massage salon upgrade, then comes bar floor and THEN you can build another floor called "first floor" but it doesn't let me build more, at least not before christmas event in 2.5a and I can't be arsed to check if there's more after the event and/or in newer, even buggier versions

you can use the Cheat "SPONGEBOB" to edit everything ,character/body/stats/Dignity of Alice , bla bla bla
* edit in orginal game folder/ or swf file ( old version such as 2.6a )
then copy your save file to replace the one that created from tcast's swf version
