I am looking for a list similar to the following games with the same type of drawing:

• NTR Legends
• NTR Aholic
• NTR Dojo
• Summer Memories
• HandyMan
• Winter Memories

The basic concept is the same as those mentioned above, where the protagonist is the cheater with Pixel Art.

you pretty much listed all i would think of

searching for this specifically will get so much easier once the "pixel art" tag gets added

from a filter search i found one worth mentioning: Apartment Story
i haven't played it. it's not isometric like your above mentioned games but it has pixel art and cheating

The problem is that I'm just looking for the style of games mentioned. The one you mentioned doesn't catch my attention
