I hit the button and the game works but it is in Japanese not in English.
Does the chosen language depend on the regional setting the computer is running on?

Edit: Nevermind, I found out that you meant the small grey button that is there BEFORE the starting screen loads.

you need to press it a fee times and it gets to english

I know this is gonna be a cliche question, but... anyone have a full save? I've played through the game 3 times, getting blackjacks for each H-event, and getting the hearts to 2 stacks before the final H-event, but still haven't unlocked the alternate ending.

Full save. Just extract and copy Sys.dat file into the folder containing SimpleBlackJack_Multi.exe. Overwrite if prompted.

Played thru with low hearts, no Blackjacks. -1 ending after 1 phase
Played thru banked all wins except blackjacks. No panties flash. 2 phases. second ending
Played thru banked all wins except blackjacks in phase 1. Phase 2, lost until low hearts and passed without blackjack, then just completed phase 3. -3rd ending

I made it to the forth ending. As of now, it's a lot harder to do. So, if you have a lot of time. To unlock the forth ending, at least 12 or more stacked wins. More wins more story content. Probably add more tags to this one.
I'll add this forth ending for those who want to see it, including the no party shot. You are welcome.
