Yeah, needs to add pregnancy, gangbang, mind break, NTR (maybe? It depends), and some others.
I got the txt file of the "secret scenes" that are just a guide to get all the endings, nothing about the "no panties" so its probably random (I got it on the last game loop for the fourth ending).
