I think Paola before she became a mother, she was a babysitter. If these people are hired to help him and the besieged mothers and grandparents, it would be a possible scenario that some of them might become mothers, with a little horizontal assistance from their main employer.

I'm pretty sure there is a scene where Paola says she's helping MC mother with babysitting.

Also if you space it out, the older kids can start looking after the younger kids.

Well Anna, Moko, Naomi, Lydia/Secret, Paola and Tristy do not have jobs. So they should all be pitching and in helping out in rabbit warren.
