I can't find anything. No one is pregnant except Vicki. Edmon, Gang & Madam are done properly.
The only thing I can think of is you inadvertently changed something with console commands and I can't see what it might be.
I'd go back to a save before changing anything (There's no real need to change anything in this, it's step by step and you can always have enough money).
Or maybe the Dev will be passing by soon and can find the issue.

The way it's coded is very good, but it makes it very difficult to find something sometimes. One decision leads to something else to something else and before you know it, it's a variable you never thought of that is stopping it happening. Naomi didn't arrive; maybe that's why it was not triggering. (I thought just starting her quest was all I needed.). It's working now. Thank you, and yeah, I added the money.

Yeah, the first time you go to the BDSM club when she's showing you the place - do NOT ask about the red syringe, on another visit you can choose her and get her pregnant.
If you missed that, the dev is putting in a way to get her in the next update, so you can get her then.
