well the truth is .. And there's been another update today on Patreon about v0.19.1:

Main story:
1m. Talking with Madam will be not limited only to unlimited services deal but to all deals except the one where you keep the gang. (unlocks access to Madam's lab and Edmon) - 100% completed
2m. Madam will call you to talk about mayor campaign - 100% completed
3m. New dialogues with Maria at the Spa reception – 100% completed
4m. Gang (If you keep them after Madam's deal) - added on Mohoro map - 100% completed
5m. SPA computer, Money app - now it shows the money from Madam - 100% completed


Girls story:
1g. Paola (new house) - Option for cuddle and sleep together during the night - 100% completed
2g. Betty (sex or/and Story Advancement Part 1 - main event trigger on love points 50 and can reach love points up to lvl 70) - chosen by the vote poll - 80% completed
3g. GK - new girl recruit to your gang (if you keep it) - 100% completed

20% left to be finished with Betty's story now. The new update should be released eventually and who knows, see what the dev's got planned for v0.20 and so on in the future.

Not sure about your question. You should take the gang in the beginning when you get the chance to either way, When you get to the point that you can make the deal with Madam you decide if you want to keep gang or not, if you keep gang you won't get onetime payout for pill lab, will be locked out of BDSM club, won't have Secret living with you.

Version 0.19.1 has entered final testing.

The question in the future will be if there'll be a v0.19.2 or a full v0.20 in the works. And let's see what the dev's got prepared for Betty soon.

P.S: 0.19.1's been already released for the highest tiers now.

the best friends girlfriend Elena does not move in with MC at this time. whether or not dev changes that in future, who knows but I doubt it cause only MC's lovers that arent screwing other guys move in with MC. Elena Theodora and Julia do not live with MC cause they are just lovers. Julia and Elena hook ups eventually are set up through the spa office menu where you call them to go to their houses.
