Can anyone confirm what the various stats do?

Vit - HP? Or is that what stamina does? Mind - Sanity Strength - Melee? Stamina - Hp or endurance, one of the two? Agility - Stamina Meter? Infusion - Consumables? Libido - Lust Meter Handling - Durability?

having the same issue and changing any of the settings or setting the games priority higher through the task manager doesn't seem to help

There is one at the beginning, at Ofelia's cottage, that you should use to unlock the purification skill. Then every level boss you beat gives you one (I am not sure about the 5th as I haven't beaten her yet, but I am guessing that is the same than the others) And, as far as I know, there is not limit to those wich can spawn in the chests inside the dungeons, they are a very rare drop on chests but I've found several in different runs

oh ok so you can find them in chests. I assume probably in gold chests?

I've found them in both the golden and the common chests, AFAIK the only difference beetween chests is that the better ones have a higher spawn rate of rare items and some of the basic items are removed from their loot tables, but the common chests can spawn rare items. However, take this with a grain of salt, as I haven't played the last version available (waiting for the full release) and some things may have changed, but be assured that they spawn inside the dungeons

Waste of time....
Even on easy level this shit is unplayable, who the fuck tested this game? Like tf is on your mind? This? "oh yes, difficulty level of prototype on hard, solus games and cat mario in this PORN game with THREE fucking sex scenes on goes haaaaaardddddd, yeeeeeeeeesssssss"?

It's honestly not difficult, it's just tedious in the beginning. Just play through the beginning banging as many chicks as you can. If you die, reset and go back for your gold bag. The chicks you banged are gone so the next run is easier. What worked for me was just dumping everything into libido. If you can bang every single chick you ever come across, then the next run will be super easy and stress free. Once I beat the first dungeon and boss, the game just turned into easy mode. I never had any problems afterwards.

It's not difficult, just get through the tedium of the beginning and it turns into a cake walk. People who level up their strength can one shot people with a freaking bottle. Just allocate your points to where you need them.

Also, this isn't souls like or even souls difficulty. It's rogue lite difficulty. If you understand rogue lites, this game is extremely manageable.
