I kinda need a survival guide
Tips :
- dont travel too far / long, should go back to shelter when inventory full
- avoid bad road. it will cost more time than usual road.
- avoid any enemies as possible if you dont have a good weapon
- good weapon comes from crafting, find the component in village
- should do quest to gather more money and buy any item from shop with high grade quality
- always save in shelter as soon as you back
- coffee / pill is your friend
- cooked item is a good slot saving

The new tutorial is not compehensive enough?
The tutorial teaches you the basics of how to play well enough, but it definitely doesn't really prepare you for when you are dropped into the world. There's a big fish out of water experience that does feel a bit overwhelming. Where should I be looking to loot, almost every container seems empty. Where should I try to wander? How do I actually manage my survival meters when it seems like I become exhausted, dehydrated and starving to death in like six hours in-game?

It's basically very hard for me to find food and water without sacrificing 90% of my health

and then when i saved all my inventory was gone, pouches and all so that's a ragequit for me

It's a html game right? Can this run on mobile?
even tho its build with html js css, its run with .exe file. so i dont think you can run in on mobile, and even if you can do that. Mayber you will find UI issue. because the current css only support landscape orientation with normal pc monitor size.

thats the point of survival game tho. the first time i play it, i died a lot of time for sure, and i figure out some mechanic and figure out what item should i take before going out and where should i go for certain item.

but i do agree, some a lil bit knowledge about where should we go first will help you progress.

have you check the radio girl at your base ?

I think Thirst and Hunger should last more but give debuffs if left unchecked.
You have 3 days before dieing of thirst
and 7 of hunger

You could get debuffs but your healthbar could stay unchecked

Wow, I did a word search in this thread to see if anyone from an earilier post asked how to rotate items for invintory management and there was zero hits.
Am I just missing it? or is there just no way to rotate bottles and knives? It's fine if there isn't but would like to know.

There is no way to rotate them, it was a too hard thing to implement for relatively small positives. (the different sized items were implemented 1-2 months ago, the game is 12 months old). I fear it will break a lot of the spagetti code I wrote on top of my older spagetti code.

Thanks for the reply, and no problem (very understandable reason).
While inconvienent it's not a game breaking deal for me, and can easily be handled.
Just getting started and so far I've been enjoying the game, exploring places, while avoiding monsters when I can.
Right now I'm just trying to figure out the food and water management, but once I figure that out and feel like I can actually survive on my own, I'll start exploring the game out more to see what it has to offer. Always enjoyed post apocalyptic setting games so I'm kinda looking forward to it.
