Unless it changed recently, you do not get the set preference option until after you started a game, so the first set of tenants had both male and female, which effectively reduces your options and could end up with all of something you don't want at all.

Actually if you turn it of the males will be removed from active flights and a girl put in their place. But I see your point the initial 4 choices might contain a male.
It's in preferences, you can disable the Religious ones and males.
Great game, progress is slow and please for the love of God can we have some interaction with the ladies in the next patch.
I looked at version 8.8.0_public. Why did the author break the data collection mechanics? Previously, to obtain the tenant's personal data, they installed a camera, etc. And now they do it to get stupid photos? For example, a photo on the airport platform is impossible to get from the tenant's apartment. The gift system... A bouquet of flowers at the very beginning, when the restaurant is not yet available – that's understandable. Now a bouquet of flowers will be available at level 4? Are you serious?! It seems the author is hoping to delay development and make more money on Patreon. I've been following since version 7.5.X. And the optimal playthrough is different every time.
An interesting concept. Indeed, as many have already written, there's a lack of real interaction with women (though I understand that might be difficult with the AI CG). It also seems to me that bonus pictures obtained through cameras should be hotter, something like a shot in the shower or something like that, and not just a photo at the airport. Spamming the same conversation topic to recognize traits is also look weird. Still, the game is interesting and has potential.
Does the dev usually release for non subscribers or are we in an eternal wait?

Bug report:
I would like to report a small issue, but I got Ivana to max 19 obsession (don't ask
), but instead of going to lvl 20 or to Max, the game just crashes. The problem is big because not every time I would like to level up my obsession with someone else, even if I don't pick her, it still gives her obsession exp, and the game will crash again. Version 0.8.8
When I try to look at full screen, the pictures of the dates it still open, the ones from the obsession menu.
Also, small feedback:
Now, when going through the obsession minigame, it shows pictures of the girls from the different stages, but I think it was better before, when it was showing the picture of the obsession level you are at. It gives you a clearer idea of your progression with the character.
Maybe it's a good idea to have a way to make a girl you are trying to level your obsession with appear more often in the obsession minigame, because in the end game, the game becomes really grindy, and sometimes you need weeks to pass (in-game) until you get her just to level her only a bit.
When they appear from their lesson, they interrupt everything you are doing in the late game when you have maxed most of them and are working on maxing the rest, which could become tedious, especially if you don't have any reason to assign them points anymore. Also, the interruptions become even worse if you don't group them, so all of them come in the same day. A suggestion is that maybe they could have a separate menu where they still get their points, but they would pile them up, and you can assign them when you decide to. When you get the points it could be a notification that informs you, just like the one for new immigrants
It would be nice to have a way to delete a saved game, considering we have only 3 swots to work with

The are sites where you could chat with AI, I think it's basically jailbraked ChatGPT or Grook (sites like SpicyChat) if you check it out it could be something cool to add the the game if it's not too difficult to do, because you already have the girls and their personalities, so you could make a separate part of the game where its bassically chatting with the different characters it coulkd be unlockable.
