I guess the behavior of Eric actually stresses the reality of this game's plot - think for youself: would you freely engage in incestious relationship with any of your relatives (let alone your twin) at the very first suggestion? I'd better took it as a prank (at least). and consider that he is pretty shy guy with no experience in relationships. he always was prim'n proper so for him to overcome such a significant barrier was quite an undertaking, hence all that stalling, which might be irritating for a player, but is totally normal for real life.
Ruykiru, I'm not yet there to write a proper review foryour game, but I'll try to make hopefully usefull comments in the progress.

Don't bother. Apparently, people can't even read the intro notes of my story, so how do you expect they'll have the capacity to understand character motivations and that human beings usually have different personalities?

Not like modern porn films are improved in this direction either. It even became nominal as "porn acting" for obvious reasons. In my past years I was tired to search for sensual pieces of media that scratch the itch of having intimate connection with someone, typing "...kissing, sensual, in love, wholesome" etc. or something more daring.All that vintage goodness... Many authors of adult media only focus on the process but not the build-up to it, which takes all of the colour and exitement from the climax. As if you try to replicate a homemade pasta, however it tases not like your grandma used to make it, only replicating the steps, but clearly isn't getting the most important part:
the ammount of love and care you bring in to your final work.
That's why later I tried Summertime Saga and coulnd't stop enjoying great adult games, like yours, ever since.

You would be right if there was an actual age difference. But they're paternal twins... Even though you refer to the special bond this creates and that they may have different personalities and thus Erik's reactions are somewhat valid in the beginning, his acceptance would have felt a lot less 'spineless' if he had begun to change his mind somewhat around the midpoint of the current content instead of almost at the end of this update. Especially since he would be feeling a lot more comfortable due to their bond and his own memories of their childhood.
It's not so much his refusal but the way he backs down every time his sister wants to take things further. If he was truly that adamant against it, it would have felt way more natural if he had put his foot down a bit stronger, not this scaredy-cat attitude shown throughout most of the current content.
This doesn't mean I don't like the story, I actually loved it, it's a fresh approach to the subject. It's just this one thing that just didn't feel 'authentic'. (leaving aside the relationship development between the twins and their mother)
Like I explained above, it's not his hesitance to respond in kind, it's the way he does it. Even after they already crossed the line.

From the looks of the preview images, it looks like your compositions are great, so it's a shame you don't use Daz3D.
What I really dislike about the renderer is that the models look like very fake shiny plastic dolls.

You mean like most games made using Daz3D? I like games in Daz but the fake plastic look and robotic animations in most of em is my personal biggest gripe with that engine. Sure, some of the very best games using Daz avoid those pitfalls, but most don't.
The unique look of the characters in this is what initially drew my interest. Not every game needs to shoot for photo realism. Also there are tons of games using Daz, so you see the same models over and over and over in multiple games. Can't even count how many times I've seen Jill from BaD in other games now for example. Her face at least.

No. I love my supporters and fans. But my supporters and fans understand and love my story for what it is, with its flawed characters and all. The main thing is that they don't go into it thinking it's gonna be a harem power fantasy where the male fucks everything that moves after 0.1 picoseconds. I'm just tired of people bitching about Erik even after I warn it might spark some reactions in the dev notes and intro, and yet people play it. Sorry If it sounded like I attacked you in particular.
But he did? At the end of chapter 1. That's not really the midpoint but much earlier. And then it was around 2.3 or so that he finally realised what he wanted, and that it wasn't just the alcohol that had pushed him that night.
Can you explain what's stronger than... you know, kissing your sister in the mouth and then engaging in a forbidden relationship behind their mom's back, even knowing how bad it is. Given how responsible he's always been, and how he always protected his "little" sister", it's such a big change of attitude for him since that very night in chapter 1. And then even more when he finally accepts it not much after.
Look, I love feedback but I really don't think you should be writing the story in my place. I take like a week or more after each update to plan the next for a reason, just writing, brainstorming ideas, trying to keep it coherent (as far as an adult game gets). If you have some fresh ideas go ahead and tell me though, and I'll consider them.
I'm glad you ended up liking it and found it unique. Could you please elaborate about that last thing? Again, I'm always open to feedback and refining the story (if it's not a super huge change that will make me rework it fully).

It's called being wet or sweaty. I did use a bunch of those renders in the previews where the lighting accentuates that because I think they look awesome but the characters don't always look like that. In fact, I use overlays and detailed 4k body textures to give them a different type of skin than you usually see in Honey Select 2 games, where it's usually clean and fake in fact, without any imperfections. But look at Lyna's butt in comparison here for example. Or the veiny skin and skin pores in some of the scenes. I'm really trying my best with the limitations of this engine.
And well, about it being a shame... It's subjective. I love this artstyle, and while Daz3D could look much better, I don't really want to go on a rant about the quality of the AVERAGE grainy, same models, recycled assets Daz game where the characters have greyish or orange vomit-inducing skin, ugh. Plus in the incest ones in particular most don't look like a family, but that's another topic.

This game is just gold, a rare representative of this genre that is interesting not only to watch, but also to read. I rarely read dialogues in visual novels, usually I just skip to the most interesting part, but here the storytelling is very exciting. Overall, I really liked it.
