The haters have been right out offensive since day 1, so allow me to fight back in my way. I had a fellow dev friend who quit developing his game because the haters were always straight up c*nts all the time, but I'm not that weak. I'm okay with having an ego. That's not bad, it is in fact something necessary to not abandon development because of anonymous cowards being toxic over the internet. (This is NOT directed at you btw)

Was only a feature till like chapter 2 started. I never named characters when reading a book or watching a series, so with this being kinetic novel without choices I didn't see the point. So because of that and the nicknames for Lyna too.

Ruykiru Hi, look after reading the last few pages i wanted to share my 2 cents ; tldr you're doing fantastic man, don't mind the haters or even folks who just dislike the game.
The closest thing to a critique i can offer you is that i've also noticed that the negativity does get you a little much and i'm afraid it might poison the well for you, and it really shouldn't be because the game is going pretty damn well.
From my experience been a lurker here for years, i can tell you there's definetely users who go, spread toxicity over and over with '''funny''' one liners and some such, then the game gets abbandoned for whatever reason and then they play the "ah i told you so, guy was a milker/con artist/ whatever the hell, i'm so cool i noticed it immediately, they deserve it for not catering to me specifically , you need to wake up blablablabla" card
Then they proceed to go spread toxicity elsewhere, they hardly post anything positive at all.
At first you think 'ok you might have been right in this instance, but what exactly did you actually gain from it'?
After a while i realized they just do it because it's just what they do, they just driveby post want to spread negativity, warranted or not and derail things; so all i'm saying is don't let the haters poison the apple for you; you're doing great and you've got the numbers on your side (you got probably more positive reviews than topic pages, and we're clocking 93!! i would be estatic in your place, literally toasting,beatboxing, headbanging and laughing at any driveby negative post XDDDD).
But seriously ,don't make yourself an easy target for haters because they will swarm you as soon as they notice you're easy to annoy or irriate, and even if you block them , they wanted to annoy/piss you off and they succedeed (they'll also probably create others account to do it again, serial winners right there).
At the end of day trolls or not, you'll never have 100% consensus; some people are not going to like Erik for it's passive attitude (though i very much doubt he would be more loved if he acted like Lyna, reeeaaaaly doubt that), some people won't like Lyna because they want incest to be literally Vanilla romance and not fucked up at all (basically removing the actual juice from it) , some people won't like Helga because she's old or whatever (XDDDD), some only want lesbian scenes , some people won't like the game because reading a synopsis is too much effort, some will troll you not matter what but it's all good brother, don't let that get to you ; focus on the positives which are like the 90% of the total.

1 You get negativity, you react to it strongly, next time the odds are you get double
2 You help yourself with the ignore button ,but the damage is kinda already done
3 You keep alternating between doing 1 and 2 but you get increasingly frustrated
4 You start responding badly before doing 2
5 You start responding badly even to constructive criticism because at that point you're just annoyed in general (you're also a solo dev , so you do 100% of the work which is stressing on it's own)
6 Eventually you burn out, momentarily or not , and you and the actual fans of the game suffer from it.
Who knows, maybe that's what happened to your friend, maybe not, but i certainly don't want that to happen to this game .
I assume we're both adults here so it's not my place to tell you how to react to things, if shit affects you, it affects you i understand that.
But if some loser (who is not even paying you to begin with) says 'Erik is subhuman i would've impregnated both 5 times over rofl' tick you off , and you kinda can't help it , then what about this?

But even if the numbers were lower, it doesn't change the fact that you can choose to focus on the positives of the negatives regardless of your personality , you've got plenty of positives, just dive in there.
The VN just got an update, so it's at top of the lists for it's themes, folks will see the numbers i posted above , they'll be impressed, they will hop on (some will read the synopsis, some wont XD) you'll get new fans , new positive reviews, you'll get new people that will criticize the same things you've heard already, some will leave a negative review, some will drop it in silence, some will troll , it's just the way of things.
