They look a million times better than anything I could ever produce in my usual 3d software. I'm still gonna use normal ones for most sex scenes (mainly penetration), but for light groping, kisses and that short of thing it's a no brainer; especially because my old ass render program doesn't have soft body physics support.

but nobody remembered them once everyone saw how useful/fun/convenient the new technology was. I've yet to see a compelling argument that doesn't boil down to emotional fear. I personally don't fear change, I embrace it.

I'm gonna make it very clear for any future skeptics or straight up irrational luddites: this is my novel and I do whatever I want with it. I'm making my own HUMAN made art and enhancing MY static renders with new powerful technology to give them more life. This way I can have way more animations than I usually do, with physics I could never achieve, even if I will still make some myself now and then because I have more control in my 3d program. I'm still a human behind this project, with my own renders and my own unique characters and art style.

If that hurts your ego because some random youtuber influencer that knows nothing about machine learning told you outdated misinformation about the technology that will probably power all future entertainment, then I couldn't care less. If your emotions override your sense of critical thinking, this discussion isn't for you.

I love AI. I've been using it for years personally, and more recently for Sinful Summer for the soundtrack with Suno and now with some recent open source non-corporate video models to make new and better animations. I love how gen AI allows everyone to create whatever the fuck they want (gooners should extra love this!) and it's even better if you are already an artist and it just elevates your work, like in my case. Adapt or get left behind.
