Pregnancy is a planned feature for endgame, not currently in-game. You will be able to have sex with the pregnant girls though!

To a certain extent, however, they are all themes relevant to the main plot so they won't be avoidable entirely.

You can believe what you like, however, it’s already guaranteed to make it past its initial release as the the pre-release is out on Patreon now with the public release scheduled for this coming Friday.

I can’t say what the future will hold but I have absolutely no plans to abandon the project before completion.
