If I remember corectly: It is almost finished and there will be no new sex scenes, only story. The Dev wants to wrap this up and start with a new game.
Unfortunate but true, but now knowing there will be no new scenes I hope whoever made the outdated gallery unlocker comes back to update it.

Can anyone update this to 0.14 and does it also include the patreon scenes?
Using that gallery unlocker does not save it on your file, at least not for Single Mother, if you want the gallery unlocked install the unlocker yourself, If you remove the unlocker though the scenes will get locked again, like I said it doesn't save in the file
