I'm almost pass the game, so i can say this game have lots of unreasonable design. Don't force your ideas on others, a save file is better way to save time.

If you guys are looking for the one last highway scene where you need to "Use a particular Item at a location" you will need to use the powder you use on the final boss on the location with 2 pillars that looked like there was going to be a fight but nothing happens.
Its located on the way to the demi-human dungeon.

It's the item you use to properly start the final boss fight. If you already fought the boss, talk to Hanya at the final cathedral until she gave you the powder.
Anyways, save file.
Another question, is there a way to get the lost blessing back?
Finished the game, I think I need to bathe myself in clean water, pet some animals and look at flowers. I assume I got a bad ending because it was pretty weird.
You nuked the final boss's headoff. Pretty sure it's a good ending all things considered.
