You don't get automatic bad ends from human impregnations which is how you can run around with a belly and having the Harbringer fight actually losable.

There was a way to choose the village priest over that big guy when I first played it, and she will get

You need to get pregnant first in order to choose the priest.
I think if you removed the Blessing, you will most likely get pregnant in one of the 4 parasite defeat scenes.
Then if you talk to the priest while pregnant instead of big guy you get the scene.
Anyways, what a good game. $10 well spent.
Not sure what's up with the final library area, if it lacks polish because it was left until the end of development or intentional, but there are some areas where you can go out of bounds.
On the ground floor (first floor if American) you can run to the right past the elevator and fall in a dark room. There's a special item there that passively increases your Relics gain. Worth getting if for some reason you're not maxed out by that point in the game and you need to grind a little more.
Then walk left to return to the library, but you can't revisit that area afterwards.

So if I already done the dream quest and my blessing is still not gone, how am I going to remove the blessing now?
Don't have time to play the game yet. How much content does the younger nun get? I remember way back when the dev posting a concept sprite of her being passed out after a good dicking but wasn't sure if he'll make content with her, then in the demo she could be eaten if you had zombification.
Considering she's so free to get banged by whatever monster or villager that just strolls into the building there's a lot of opportunity. Also the main character herself has a lot of opportunity when having some statuses.

Your little nun aid does get a little action, but aside from a good scene at the end doesn't get much. Bit of a missed opportunity, but it leaves stuff open for DLC at least.

I did hope for something like that, but saddly she doesn't have that much scenes maybe 3 or 4 at most, and they're not that great either.
Yes, you see her sprite when she get futa'd by a failed Parasite extraction but it's mostly blocked unfortunately. There's lots of scenes where she's done in the background though.
It's two half pieces that combine Into a sphere for the gate, they are in chests in various buildings
