Can Someone to help with the resolution in 720x360?, it block and i cant change it

For anyone that has problem of "Can't change resolution and it look blur", here's how I fix it.
(My device is still window 10, so see if this also apply to others or not.)
- Open the game, see the game look blured.
- Go to Setting (Type "Setting" in your Search bar) then select "System" as I shown below
- Choose "Display". Go to "Display resolution" then change resolution to anything else than what you currently has. Preferably choose one that is as close to your current resolution. If it asks you to "Keep these display settings?", just click "Keep changes".
Below image are resolution for my device, yours may not be the same, but you can try with the same principle.
- Next, Literally the same as previous step, except now you change back to your default resolution.
- Now check your game if it is still blur or not.
EDIT: You don't even need to actually change resolution at all, just click "Revert" when it ask you and the game already readjust itself. Great.
You can do this either on main menu screen or during the gameplay.
However this blur thing seems to reset everytime you went back to title screen (This include you reopen the game), so just do the same thing everytime this happen.
That or just wait for dev to fix the bug.
Yeah, that's it. It fix for my case.
It is as if the game forgot to adjust resolution upon the game open main menu or just bug moment.
