No she doesn't. I dunno exactly where you are getting this from but all Hannja says in that quest is the baby the pregnant woman is carrying is not a human one and that it must be extracted in her dream before it is born.
Also, the pregnant woman's case is distinctively different from normal pregnancy. Her belly kept giving off dark aura to the point where even Lilia suspected her pregnancy was not a normal one at first glance. We are never told how the woman got pregnant in the first place. Upon being told she is carrying a monster in her belly, the pregnant woman gives off 0 surprise and only her brother is shocked at the news of the abomination in her belly. So it's very obvious she conceived an abomination after getting raped by a monster somewhere but never told anyone about it.
And if what you are saying is true, the church should have sent out a message prohibiting any form of intercourse during their purge of abomination brooding. There is no mention of that either.

Also, the local church is corrupted and filled with cultists. The reason you are not allowed into that house in the start is cause the church have taken away pregnant woman to the cathedral to perform cult experiments on them.
I took inspiration from the discussions done in the Sinisistar 1 thread on this site, as well as this thread for the second game, and to some degree the OVAs. The second game is very generous with lore, so I used that information to fill in the blanks and added my knowledge from Middle Ages History. Since I have a crossover fanfic with Sinisistar as a core part of the setting (waiting for my return), I also had notes on the first game.

I feel like that's way less likely than just having a curse on the land that makes any new babies into abominations.
If anyone rizzed her up, I might buy the Gravekeeper then as the father, considering we find the pregnant woman next to a staff that was set up by him. But the gravekeeper is also technically human too.
(or you know, she just committed incest with her brother and that was an unholy enough act to be corrupted)
Jokes aside, the game is first subtle and then openly shows that any baby conceived between humans in Arcezon results in an Abomination Broodling. Even Leila, after she loses her Blessing of Infertility, conceives a monstrosity when impregnated by the drunkard or the ruffians. The people in the town are not infected with parasites, nor are they abominations hiding in plain sight and waiting for some hot booty. So long as the presence of the Otherworlder remains on the land, there wil be no human births at all.
On a side note, while human impregnations for Leila result in the slug abominations and the creepy one-eyed babies from the cultists, demi-humans and animals (including the creepy leeches and the giant worm in the underground cave) breed more of their kind.
