Let's see, we have:
1. Parasited Villagers kills: 4
2. Spear throw by a demihuman
3. Getting beheaded if you fail to escape the demihuman prison
4. Librarian cultist cutting off your arms and flaying your face
5. Brutal rape scenes if you are defeated during the demihuman raid on Arcezon: 2

For a total of 9 scenes. Fewer in number and gore than in Sinisistar 1, but still more than 5. They are not Death Panda level of brutality, but they fall under the guro category.
Villagers kill seem more or less the same. If i remember correctly even the CG art remains the same.
Spear throw is fine but lacks CG artwork.
Demihuman Prison FINE.
Librarian Cultist FINE.
Cart Demihuman boss during village invasion FINE.

Beheading & Stab CG is the same for every instance, for a total of 4 guro CG scenes (headless, heartstab, faceless & eaten by zombies).

I understand maybe i am coming off as nitpicky and a dick, it's definitely not THE guro game like the Depravia series and certainly explores more fetishes. It's just that personally when i hear tags being used, i am hoping the game provides a decent amount of such. A game featuring a single pregnant scene for example shouldn't contain the pregnant tag.

It should. You just didn't know.
Like this game
It doesn't even have a pregnant sex scene. It only have one ending where one of the girl get pregnant and it have pregnancy tag.
The tag only let you know this game have that content, not mean it have many of it.

That generally doesn't work when it's a thin lady vs a burly man without causing some harm to him like kicking him in the nads. Might be just me thou. *Shrugs*
Maybe the ruffians just not that determined unless she let's it happen.
I mean, the event only happens after Lilia beats up an entire invasion force as the entire town watches. Even if they could theoretically overpower her, I'd assume the ruffian is more than a little nervous and scared, and only after she doesn't resist out of a sense of guilt or something does their confidence grow.

Fair point in one way, but then again the ruffians are not nervous enough to stop them from shooting their shot at trying to do her. However sure, it can be the case that her escaping is less about overpowering them and more about them just letting go cause they don't know that her magic doesn't do anything to them.

( A reference in my head of a similar situation is the old anime/manga, Claymore, where a bunch of bandits figure out that Claymores are forbidden from harming humans and grow bold from it...the difference is that the power of a Claymore very much works on humans and an individual can break the rules and face he consequences if the humans piss her off enough. XD )

Regardless though the success of weather or not the ruffians and the drunkard succeeds in fucking Lilia or just ends with a failed attempt, my original point was simply the betrayal of her fellow man and her being struck speechless if they succeed, simply going "...". As you said those events can happen after Lilia saves the town directly with all the people watching to some extent. Haanja then sets Lilia on the task to gather information about the cathedral priests. This simple ask for a little assistance after saving their asses is what the Ruffians and the Drunkard use as their "ice breaker" to either guilt her into fucking them or to do the fantasy equivalent of slipping her a date rape drug while lying to her about wanting to provide the information she needs. It's about the dark fantasy / extra horror of even what she is trying to protect can just end up being more scum that betray her for their own carnal desires.

Original:
Yes, she just goes ... even if you have the blessing and you don't get pregnant. I think the ... is more just a way to express her being speechless from the betrayal of the fellow humans. The lore entry in the gallery notes that she is not allowed to hurt her fellow humans and that purification technique won't work to hold them off, so against a normal human, she is just a weak defenseless woman, ready to be raped, and those people would take advantage of that, satisfying their lust on the last person that keeps them away from their eldritch doom. Truly despicable.

There is a mod to get them super breasts available at the NOR discord (somebody posted the link in this thread). But it only works for the normal portrait and not for the H-scenes and animations.

There is something I am missing from the old game that I would love to see here: all the snail content. I know there is some snail content but I want to see a big snail fuck her ash it happened on the first, and I remember being a third situation (If I remember correctly there were 3 snail events plus one with the weird long thing that she stumbled upon on that place (there was only one of that creature for some reason)

the main issue with the gigantic breasts is that there's no sprites to anything besides attacking and crawling, and is a temporary status limited to the pigman's house and surroundings, so to it be implemented almost all sprites should be done from scratch :V

If they will do, i remember of seeing them answering a question about as they will be focusing in events instead, but who knows? can take some time but maybe a dungeon or two could make the gamequite better :V

I would personally preffer more dungeons but events are pretty welcome too, since they way Lilia moans when being pumped in is so damn hot >:V

I hope there are more rape scenes, including a few more town betrayal, maybe something like a gang rape( many men, variation in postures and acts... including something like maybe nipple torture... the game is missing some nipple torture and tits slapping, ass spanking... or to be precise those would be fine additions because the game is already great.

Well guys, I've been trying to find a decensorsing mod (#2867), but for lack of one myself I somehow accidentally ended up making one. I’m already almost halfway through decensoring the game and will finish it in a week or two, I hope. This is my first experience with decensoring, but you could probably already figure out what to expect from the first (#4193), second (#4258) and this example below.
Forgot to reply earlier about this but thank you for your service. I considered decensoring the assets myself but my art style is so much different from what's in the game. That and I don't have the confidence to give the art the justice it deserves. >_<

Most people here go with the order as presented by Nennai; regardless, we know that events happen in two different locations and that Kessaria is the worst of the two scenarios. All humans and probably most normal wildlife have fallen to the Abomination Outbreak unleashed by the Observer and its followers; there are no hidden support items or spells to help Rabiane, only her sword and magical arrows; and the best she can do is use the abandoned church to plan her next part of the mission. Rabiane is singled out both for her potential and for being the only living uncorrupted being left in Kessaria. If she didn't escape like the credits showed, then she is probably trapped in the Cathedral, but she should have been successful in wiping out the cult as well as the manifested body of the Observer.

Extra: One can even assume Rabiane is the sole survivor of the team of sisters garrisoned in the region, but maybe that's pushing it too far.
I'm going to throw a curve ball here, since so much is left to interpretation with the original. x_x

What if the events in the first game didn't happen? What if the premise behind Rabiane's quest to exorcise monsters was what the game wanted the player to believe till the big reveal it was a dream all along? Imagine instead that it was the Observer's cruel manipulation of her mind while she laid helpless in that flesh sack, ever since the cathedral fell to the cult.

And there's hints this is the case. When Rabiane reached the cathedral you find clues that a battle or at the very least a treacherous act took place there when you come across multiple sisters turned to stone. My best guess is Rabiane was around when it happened yet unlike their shared fate she was captured and taken away. The same can also be said for any other sisters that survived that day, but unlike Rabiane they were escorted away to be used as test subjects in its laboratory.

So, in terms of events playing out in order...

-- Kessaria Cathedral's sanctity is compromised when the Observer reaches out to members of the church there who are plagued by inner demons and are susceptible to persuasion. To them, the Observer is perhaps initially seen as the god they worship and see it as a sign of greater communion, yet their minds are so twisted against reality that they can no longer discern good from evil. It is at this point in the timeline that those initially ensnared by the Observer's trickery have begun conducting experiments on the surrounding area, beginning with the abduction of animals from local farms, particularly pigs.

-- The Kessarian cult is formed in secret as its members extend their influence to villages beyond its diocese while abducting innocents from them to be experimented upon in the cathedral's laboratory. Though said experiments are first considered to have no rhythm or reason other than to pervert creation itself, they are driven by whispers from the Observer to study their world in preparation for its arrival. Only the cult's leaders are aware of the latter, though, having realised the true identity of their so-called 'god', which has driven them insane. Meanwhile, other cult members continue to carry out the Observer's will in ignorant bliss, turning their attention to local fauna and flora they've added to their list of vile experiments.

-- Word spreads far and wide that an unnamed Kessarian priest is able to bring people back from the dead, resulting in a steady influx of desperate pilgrims seeking to witness the miracle for themselves. In truth, it is little more than necromancy, which the cult orchestrated to amass more bodies for their experiments. Unbeknownst to them, though, the church at large has taken an interest in Kessaria's exploits since the resurrection miracle, having assigned a dedicated chapter of sisters to aid the cathedral with the day to day needs of the pilgrims. Alas, they are completely oblivious to the cult and its ways.

-- The cult continues to operate in the region despite the introduction of the sisterhood. Thanks to the pilgrims and the subsequent abductions that stemmed from their arrival, the cult's experiments grow with increasingly disturbing results, threatening their secrecy. Members of the sisterhood now stationed at the cathedral suspect something is amiss despite not having proof of foul play, while its mother superior gives her blessing for a secret mission to explore the matter further. However, she and those tasked with the mission disappear once the cult learns of their actions, making matters worse.

-- The cult, realizing they have gone too far, end the sisterhood before it can learn of their ways and report their findings back to the church proper. Few survive the initial purge within the cathedral itself, while sisters stationed elsewhere within Kessaria's influence are quickly abducted in secret. Among those are Rabiane, yet unlike her fellow sisters she is brought before the cult leaders after whispers from the Observer demand her presence specifically. She in turn is locked away in the tallest tower of the cathedral, sentenced to a fate far worse than many of her late sisters received that fateful day.

-- With the fall of the sisterhood there, the cult continues its experiments in earnest, knowing it is now only a matter of time before the church proper intervenes. Meanwhile, the Observer's torment of Rabiane has begun, playing on her deepest fears in a dream-like realm of its making. There she is subjected to countless acts of depravity in a focused effort to break her, though the sister ultimately prevails against the entity when she finally retraces her steps back to her captivity in the tower, allowing her to confront the entity personally after suffering in its midst for months. With the aid of her god she is finally able to vanquish it thanks to the provided miracle of a holy blade, brought into reality during her greatest time of need.

-- With the successful exorcism of the Observer, Rabiane is able to escape the horrors of Kessaria, bringing with her word of the cult's existence and the evils it's committed. The church in turn commits a crusade to purge it from existence. Deus vult.
