The game dev is more likely to add more levels than to beef up existing ones, but it is possible that each level will get its pregnancy scene (seeing as pregnancy is kind of a placeholder right now).
To be fair, the North Eastern Village already has its own pregnancy scene, though I don't know exactly how to trigger it myself, she can wind up birthing Abomination Broodlings in the same little shack she winds up in when losing to the villagers with parasites as well as the priest in the first encounter. Frankly, I don't think we'll get much more to the pregnancy mechanics in this game as it largely serves its purpose, and most areas do have a birthing defeat of some sort involved, in fact, this game has almost a majority of breeding/birthing content as its final defeat states, with the Demi Human Lair, Leeches, Innard Cave, Cathedral, Pigs, and even the parasites in the North East village all able to lead to a ultimate game over state involving pregnancy and birth.

Only oddity I find at all in the system really is just how it is so general in application, getting knocked up by a demi-human can lead to a pig baby and vice versa. A bit of a limitation of how its handled, though, I will admit that in general? I think its pretty fitting that any pregnancy source can wind up an abomination broodling or "strange baby" given what we see with the village girl we give an abortion to.

Its hard to say for certain what we should expect from DLC, though there is a couple places that seem perfectly fit to add new levels, or extensions to the map at least, so I won't be too surprised if we get something there, maybe something more bug/spider focused, maybe something more akin to the lab from the first games set of DLC. Lots of possibilities, but nothing worth wracking our minds over too much right now when there's very little to actually go on.

Nice, and yeah. I wish it was used in every scene that she's in. The one scene where we properly see it her outfit is ripped thou and we can see her tummy and breast.

Again, I just wish that this art was used in every scene where she gets raped instead of only being used in the one where she gets guro-d. -.-

Excited for this but the sound the base attack makes is like a puff of air straight at your ears...

Abomination Broodlings have different degrees of sucess hosting Otherworlders. The more distant from humans they are, like a pigman/demihuman hybrid, the less powerful the resultant Brood seems to be. Tentacles/Leech eggs are basically useless. In fact the strongest one we see as a baby are the tutorial boss and the leech/demihuman brood which were pure human.

Ya missed one!

Would be neat to have a fake/possessed Haanja fight, instead of a simple Lilia doppelganger like in the first game.

I find it more reasonable that in Part 1, the white cathedral in Kessary fell due to committing cardinal sins like greed, as you mentioned. But if both cathedrals in the two regions—or all cathedrals—were like that, I wouldn’t believe it. It’s illogical. In Kessary’s cathedral, we see the men of the church give up and become fanatics of the one-eyed white monster, while the women simply become slaves because they’re forced to bear and reproduce for these creatures, so they resist and turn to stone. It’s clear there are no men, like priests or fathers, fighting back with relics or prominent male statues. But in Part 2, in the Arcezon region, the priest seems very determined. The trap paintings don’t look like monsters but more like magic, and since the weapons aren’t tentacles or mutated flesh, it’s likely he made a last stand with traps in the treasure vault of the church after leaving suppressive books in the library. The only place he didn’t protect was probably the dining hall, and in the library, the warnings like ‘don’t read’ suggest he knew some people might read them and use the elevator to do evil or cause harm unintentionally. The problem is, the monster succeeded. The spider paintings weren’t his creations, some monsters still got in, and there’s no trace of his body. Like how the church characters sent to check the eastern village were killed by parasitic villagers, their bodies consumed, the monster that eats corpses is the Master Lake, a version similar to the giant leech in the blood swamp but a fish-like monster like in Part 1. As for the giant flesh monster at the bottom of the lake in front of the church, there’s no point discussing it—it’s not an experiment but a creation of the final boss. The priest’s body might have been thrown into the lake and digested. That’s how it grew so massive—anyone who approached or was at the church was thrown in. Almost an entire village and a large cathedral were swallowed and digested, allowing it to evolve to that size. What do you think?
I mean, honestly I'm quiet shocked that we didn't really see her in this game. Sure sure there is a head in the treasury that looks like hers...but that kinda makes no sense for how she really ends up and is probably just an Easter egg. For the type of game this is, I kinda expected to see like a pregnant Rabianne attached to an eldritch slug god pumping out babies and Lilia must put her out of her misery finally. Then again, I still expect something to that effect to happen maybe in a DLC. Like if my theory is correct and Lilia is trapped on the otherside at the ending, with the slug, and the DLC continues that, where you have to just endlessly fight in the otherwold till your strength gives out and become the plaything of a whole dimension of eldritch gods. Maybe you'll be able to find the actual Rabianne there trapped like you. Either find her in a state where she is fully corrupted and is a mother of monsters (which is very in line with the themes) or perhaps if the game wants to take a hopeful turn just once (I find it unlikely), maybe you can find her also still fighting the evil gods and the 2 of them can team up to actually escape or even put an end to the threat for good (and then if you game over you can still have the scene of both of them becoming eldritch mothers trapped on the other side forever).
I glad that i infected you to be mad. We think so much to the story

Yeah, true. But seeing as this is merely a warped reality scene, it's not clear that whacking the slug would harm the Otherworlder.

The fact remains that we do see Rabiane alive and well, outside the cathedral, after we beat the final boss.
If the post credit slug was just a victory lap where you squash a powerless avatar, it's kinda weird that we don't get to see Lilia and Haanja celebrating after that.
So much effort was put in Sinisistar2 to basically one-up every element of the first game, that I really doubt that the game dev would be satisfied with that abrupt ending.
that what i said but pp seem like so happy to believe

Whatever was the deal with the woman that points you to the grave keeper?
She's got a unique sprite wearing a frankly suspicious outfit. Was she in on it?
Will we see more of her?
Speaking of, have people here kept track of secrets and hidden items?
I completely stumbled on the item that boosts the rate of gained relics in the cathedral.
Made me wonder if there were more secret areas and items.

I'm still annoyed that the only proper CG of Haanja we get is when you eat her. In the failing to cure parasite end she is almost completely covered by Lilia and then during the town raid end, the failing to terminate pregnancy end, and the failing to resist the otherworlder end she too gets raped by Goblins, Slugs and Babies respectively along with Lilia but we get no CG art showing her. I'm sad.
You’re right, we should have had a separate section for Hajaan. I want to see her affected by more things, even more intensely. She’s like pure nun, priestess virgin while Lelia is the battle-nun (a trope that’s only exciting when lelia get brutal rape), everything about Hajaan is stimulating. I know, I sound like a total pervert right now, even though I deeply respect the religion here. It’s just that Nennai has succeeded with their hentai game when players genuinely feel thrilled and enjoy playing it

Seere is literally a copy-paste of one of the enemies from Sinisistar 1. The description says it gained a semblance of corporeal form, and that it takes masculine appearance.
So what I think happened is sister Jutta gave birth to a boy broodling, which became a vessel for Seere.
And since tutorial boss shows that broodlings are often lethal to their mother, sister Jutta is most likely dead.
"That’s also why I think there’s a second case where a nun, battle nun, or priestess used Jutta’s staff. It’s rare to see a saint in the game; they should at least be someone like Lelia, who made a great sacrifice, or if not, Saint Jutta must have lived an extremely pure and quiet life protecting others, rather than getting pregnant and dying like that. It’s even more absurd than the idea of Seere killing a saint so a girl used jutta staff get killed or rape til die then devoured by seere with staff too. There must be a something meaning in seere u know, not just a small boss ( yes ) or normal entities, seere is hidden boss that you can only fight before the final boss. Second important and remind all to rabiance.

Seeing how resident-evil coded the village segments are, it would be very in line to have an event where you control Haanja and must stealth your way to Lilia.
Complete with several game over opportunities, of course.

My guess is that the ending slug hints at another stage of the final boss that will be added in a future update.

In the first game, the final boss is Rabiane reaching the heart of the ritual (where reality is so warped that it looks like her safe-room) and allowing herself to be impregnated by the avatar of the evil god, so she can purify it "point blank".
It is visually extremely similar to the pregnancy purification fight in Sinisistar 2, and you can see her pregnancy progressing throughout the fight if you need several tries, with the fail state achieved when she gives birth.
Purification of the entity's foetus, this close to the heart of the ritual, unravels it, and we can see the evil god's giant avatar vanishing.

Now, in Sinisistar 2 the final fight is about purifying the Otherworlder's giant avatar, but we don't get any confirmation that it actually stopped the Otherworlder. Rabiane did NOT fight the giant avatar, she went for the ritual itself.
Which was a lone slug, in a warped room.
Which is exactly what we see after Lilia purifies the final boss.
So chances are - unless I'm completely wrong and the post credit slug is just a cheeky reference - that Lilia still needs to go through the same pregnancy ritual on steroids that Rabiane went through, to really get the good ending.
That's what I said, i call it Priest's Nightmare because that thing have no name in Sinisistar 1. His big eye turn red to make Dream world and Fake reality also his victim will get mind-controlled and seeing different reality in current world. I made fan fiction with ChatGPT where she experiencing 3 different space.
-Fake reality, where's she mating with slugs everytime she lose.
-Dream world, where she fight Priest's Nightmare
-Another world, where's her vision see happy family with slugs as her husbands and children in village by Priest's Nightmare red eye ray effect. In that dream they also pray to their new God

Seere is said to be revered, so it had to spend at least a moment in the cathedrals with the cultists.
Seeing as we know they've been pillaging the holy relics, it's very possible that Jutta's staff was enshrined there, and wouldn't it make sense for them to entrust Seere with possibly the most dangerous weapon against their god, knowing that it will leave the premise and be extremely difficult to find?
