From what I've heard from Bloodborne lore is that nuns and along other women got passed in Yharnam where treated as blood packs and baby making machines. All of the babies born are usually end up as celestial child with it being related to Kin despite the father being 100% human. I think Sinisistar is probably a deconstruction of that.
Well, looking into some lore videos now to refresh my memories of Bloodborn, pretty damn sure a lot of Sinisistar was inspired by it. Even down to the fact that in bloodborn slugs are associated with the great eldritch gods. When you find the brain of mensis in the dark, it very much looks like the eye of the observer, Ebrietas kinda looks similar to the Father of the Otherwold with her face being split down the middle and Kos looks like a giant slug with a human face. And in the hardest to get ending of bloodborn,

sounds interesting, anyone have a save file right before the village? I think im gonna attempt it
Just take the full save of other player shared here and teleport to the village. Everytime you comeback, the boss respawn without rematch system. the boss have health around 200 but without comb magic of sword and bow defeat him is impossible ( no cheat ).

What are you talking about? FYI, there is absolutely no mentioning of this in the game except for that one line from the pregnant woman's brother that some priests were taking away pregnant women and their babies. This line simply serves to explain the villagers' mistrust of the church and a prelude to the corrupt priests that show up later in the game. There is no in-game evidence that the church itself was actively taking away every pregnant women or that "all fetuses were being corrupted by otherworlder influence."
I usually remain as a lurker here, but I'll just break my silence and throw my two cents on this topic:

For the 'pregnant women' one, you are correct that it doesn't confirm "all priests" partook in the act, but at the same time it doesn't really matter. The church had been taking away the town's pregnant women to the point that the townsfolk were suspicious of Lilia which implies at least an substantial amount of time this has been ongoing and that the priests were in on the plot. The fact that Lilia and Haanja are operating independently without reporting to a higher authority (like a priest) further adds to this.

There is no in-game evidence that the church itself was actively taking away every pregnant women or that "all fetuses were being corrupted by otherworlder influence."
Yeah, the pregnant woman's brother mentions this bit in their dialogue and he also points out how both Lilia and Hannja are different from them. But again, that only hints at the corrupt priests you run into later in the game. It doesn't really prove any sex results in abomination brooding.
As for "no proof that all fetuses were being corrupted", it's literally stated on the Abomination Broodling Harbinger gallery text:

"A being that exists between the mind and body of a pregnant woman, forming the origin of an Abomination Broodling.
When sperm reaches its destined place and merges with the mother's blood, a formless wickedness from beyond this world seeps in.
This intrusion congeals, eventually taking shape as an Abomination Broodling."

The text straight-up says that this is the case. It's why being impregnated by demi-humans, pigs, cultists, parasitized villagers, or even regular townsfolk has Lilia getting pregnant with the same being. The Otherworlder's influence has gotten to the point that normal births are impossible and all fetuses in the womb are being converted into becoming its Broodlings.

And if what you are saying is true, the church should have sent out a message prohibiting any form of intercourse during their purge of abomination brooding. There is no mention of that either.
Again, if any pregnancy results in abomination brooding due to corruption in that region and everyone knew about it, there is no reason the pregnant woman's brother to be surprised about his sister's abnormal child or Lilia suspect the woman of being pregnant with abomination.
That's because no one has the complete picture; not the villagers, not Lilia, nor Haanja. And if they do know, they're in the cult trying to facilitate said births in the first place. The local church didn't say anything because the cultists had great sway over it and doing so would harm their operations, (The villagers wouldn't give up their pregnant women to the priests if they were informed after all.) and those outside the cult only had limited information. Lilia and Haanja were more well-informed about the births, but unlike the player, they weren't exactly sure if all births were guaranteed to become Abomination Broodlings or if regular babies can still be born, just with a very small chance of it actually occurring.

So many people run into this problem on this forum XD
The answer is, stop using explosive arrow, normal arrow pierces to hit the weak points in the back that the explosive arrow can't reach.

You really need to get your facts straight bro. Hannja "literally" says nothing on that. All she does is letting the pregnant woman know that she is carrying an abomination brooding and that it must be aborted.

Again, you should really stop spreading your own headcannon as though they were established facts.
You are the one who concocted some delusional headcanon based entirely on speculation of "how stupid can people be" (actual argument you used earlier).

Here's literal screenshots of dialogues that dispell the bullshit you're trying to spread:

I mean, honestly I'm quiet shocked that we didn't really see her in this game. Sure sure there is a head in the treasury that looks like hers...but that kinda makes no sense for how she really ends up and is probably just an Easter egg. For the type of game this is, I kinda expected to see like a pregnant Rabianne attached to an eldritch slug god pumping out babies and Lilia must put her out of her misery finally. Then again, I still expect something to that effect to happen maybe in a DLC. Like if my theory is correct and Lilia is trapped on the otherside at the ending, with the slug, and the DLC continues that, where you have to just endlessly fight in the otherwold till your strength gives out and become the plaything of a whole dimension of eldritch gods. Maybe you'll be able to find the actual Rabianne there trapped like you. Either find her in a state where she is fully corrupted and is a mother of monsters (which is very in line with the themes) or perhaps if the game wants to take a hopeful turn just once (I find it unlikely), maybe you can find her also still fighting the evil gods and the 2 of them can team up to actually escape or even put an end to the threat for good (and then if you game over you can still have the scene of both of them becoming eldritch mothers trapped on the other side forever).
i thought the head looked like leila's, i'll have to check it out again
and yeah, those dark scenarios are fitting with the games themes, but honestly? i'd love the more hopeful one
i was hoping rabianne would should up at the last moment to help you or something
like i'm here to fap like the rest of us, don't get me wrong, but i still love me some epic shit in my porn
your idea is the best since we can have both an epic fight and lewds if we lose

Purpose? You think the priests and laity of the church fell on their own?

NAH NAH NAH, lemme nitpick here. That one screen with the fuckin not-flies. That screen was ass as I had no mana the first time I went through there LOL.
Well here's the funny story about that one in the swamps, you don't even have to engage with those flies, because believe it or not, you can just run past them from start to end both ways.

I honestly don't know how or why priests got to the point of worshipping an otherworlder. Maybe contact with the otherworlder sent them into madness. Maybe otherworlder's presence passively dominates human minds into its servitude.

Edit: Since priests use brainwashing (if you get captured and impregnated), I presume there is some form of mind control going on among the clergy.

Or simply a higher power who's effects on the world they can clearly see around them felt like a god that is more worthy of worship than a subtle one working in the background that your only "evidence" for is the faith of wanting to believe in it. Hoping that if they serve this definitely existing god, then it will give them boon as a reward. Power, knowledge, immortality, pleasure, or whatever else humans crave that spur them into action and temp them into performing horrific actions on their fellow humans even in reality without any mind altering corrupting force.

In the movie Exorcist: The Beginning, the priest Merrin renounced his faith after witnessing certain horror in World War II. "God is not here today, Priest." You don't need mind control to convert a man of faith. The right condition and suggestion would be enough.

The priests in the Cathedral might have gone through a similar transformation: they tried to cure these pregnant women, failed and the situation became too dire that they accepted their new God.

Since in both stories core of corruption is highly educated and powerfull clergy we may assume that its usual devils deal with promises of power and forbiden knowledge, or they just assumed that sucking on otherwolders tentacles harder than mc they will get said power/knowledge.

Plus we kinda know how otherworlder brainwashes/dominates females, but how he do it to males is an open question.

Plotwise, I believe the way the Abominations/Otherworlders work is similar to the concept of demon possession. Course, they prefer the mentally weaker hosts, hence why they go for infantile life. Likewise their very presence causes corruption of life itself, which creatures such as snails are harbinger of in the setting. Just my 5 cents.
