If i wanna make game like this where to start and if it even possible ?
You need to learn how to draw good looking girls first.
don't try to rely on AI,DLsite already banned ai made games though they have one AI area but the games in there sale so bad.
i'm sure sooner or later Steam will do the same thing.
you will ask how do they decide which one is made by AI?

I use Unity and Sinsistar2 use Unity as well.
but i like Godot,i only used 3 days to learn Godot then i can make real games.
