Okay this might sound stupid...but how do you scroll down to see the rest of the text? I already tried scrolling down with my mouse and pressed the down arrow key but still can't read the rest of it...

I don't think you can, the spacing was made for the original text and the translation made it longer, so it presumably doesn't have a scroll function.
Fortunately it looks like most of the overflowing entries have very little past the bottom, just a few words.

Use a higher resolution? I can see all the text at 1080.

Its been in development for roughly 2 years and 4 months. An early beta 'test' version came out last Jan. It was supposed to come out last Dec but he delayed it due to IRL events and Xmas etc. Then it got delayed again lol came out last month.

He probably started development longer ago but he was using assets from Sinister 1, playing with the idea of a new character, then he overhauled the presentation etc

You are correct on that. The dev wanted to make the character bigger so we could see the status effect on her body. The first try was about one head higher than rabiane, but while it was an improvement, it still looked rather blocky. He was debating for sometime until he decided that he wanted a body large enough to be able to tell what kind of things are being done to it, be it guro or hentai. The final result is a body two times bigger than rabiane.

I don't remember exactly, but I think you have to be defeated by him once and then leave, and somewhere there's an upgrade that lets you make your arrows explode, breaking his shield.
But I actually played this game when it came out and then didn't touch it, so I don't remember.
If it doesn't work, try curing all the status ailments and playing against it by stamping until it's dead and dodging as best you can, then wait for it to work.

OK i finished with "No_Veil" mod.
What is done: Highway events, Swamps, Village, Town, Cathedral, Cave, Lair, Farm and Final-Boss.
I had to drastically change some sprites like Tree Boss/Ruffians/Swamps due to bugs or empty sprite files.

I also added more emotional face expressions to some events cuz it was bothering me that MC dont even flinch while in labor pains or getting ravaged mercilessly...

What i didnt do (lack skills in photoshop): Turned to Gold(Midas) and Turned to Stone(petrification), so if someone wants to help you are welcome.
If you find bugs in sprites tell me, i will update.

You can defeat him but not necessary. If you lose, you got parasited and must search through the village to get 2 piece items to unlock the door, if you defeat him then you got those item immediately.
Here is how to defeat him.

All boss fight for anyone who struggling, all of them except the final boss quite easy if you know the strategy. I still not figure out how to fight the final boss easier.
Edit1: Added easy method to defeat Final Boss.
Edit2: I play version 1.02 and see the bosses now get nerfed. So I made new video and removed the old one (though I wonder if it's necessary since they're so easy now).
Edit3: Added no damage challenge, it's actually doable.

Also added optional boss, this boss the the only one that required some skill but you don't need to defeat him to progress story (except if you hate lose). Also small guide to save MP go through the village since it need to fight with the boss.
PS1: Yes, I let him gab me on purpose because it's easier for timing next attack.
PS2: Yeah, I m clumsy press wrong button for first attack, don't mind about it.

It depends on your monitor's resolution, the game won't display any resolution that goes above your current resolution.
If you have an Nvidia card, you can always enable DSR (in the Nvidia control panel) to trick the game and allow higher resolutions in the settings. And if I'm not wrong, the AMD equivalent is called VSR.
