So, we're into the final month before release. Hope it travels fast but here we are. I ask ye a question!

What would you like to see in the game at launch? Be it special mechanic, enemy type, event, etc.

For me, imagine the setting. Say you're roaming a moonlit forest, defeating regular foes when suddenly you hear a blood-curdling howl before coming across a grisly scene of multiple fatalities, the remains of a caravan. It's obvious whatever did this was some kind of monster and as you progress further along you encounter a boarded shelter, sans a broken door.

You can enter but at the same time you can avoid it altogether.

Should you enter, you witness more death, while in the corner an unfortunate soul is still being raped by a werewolf before the beast's attention is drawn to you. Queue a close-quarters boss fight. Defeat it and you're given the chance to rescue the victim by giving them a potion with assurances the worst is over. Yet if you're defeated... well, nice knowing both of you.
Not gonna lie, that sounds hot as fuck. I love werewolves. Only thing I'd add to the death scene you mention is including a lot of mauling and hard vore.

Honestly some stuff involving mushrooms would be nice, even if its similar to Sinisistar 1. Although if its possible it would be cool to have a mechanic similar to eggs that builds up when exposed to certain enemies or environmental hazards with the main difference being there would be multiple levels of infestation with the final one result in a game over due to the spores bursting out of the players body.

I'd like to see an ENTIRE tribe of werewolves and the more you get caught the more and more involved in a deep dark cahnging ritual involving the entire tribe one after the other and then all at once, and a changed nun-werewolf-kemono at the end, and able to submit to the tribe again in order to bring forth the next generation.

Could have a "bad ending" where the entire village and church/other nuns are changed, but now they are strong enough to fight the monsters on their own... but the church feels they MUST wipe them out. Could have a credits roll where the changed town spreads and leads to a war.

And good Lord, I'm glad neither Sinisistar games are anything like Thornsin. But then I'm mostly repulsed by animations dependent on Esoteric Software's Spine 2D system. They look so unnatural compared to traditional, grounded pixel work.

Don't get me wrong, Thornsin isn't a terrible game, same goes for Night of Revenge. Their style just isn't my cup of tea.
yeah same. I like them but their weird robotic spindly animation just... isn't for me. It's a shame most 2D game are actually using this kind of animation (me guess, it's cheaper and quicker than solid pixel animation to make) I vastly prefer full pixel animation, at least it's feel more natural and not like you're trying to have two stick people doing thigns to each other...

I hope there is a scene like in sinisistar 1 series on the animal farm stage but with a different plot where the protagonist is captured by strange creatures and taken to their nest and insert parasitic worms into her breasts so that her breasts grow bigger and can't stop producing breast milk. and when the enemies are off guard the protagonist tries to escape while trying to escape with her hands tied she tries to avoid some strange creatures that will suck her breasts and if not careful the enemy can track the protagonist because they smell the breast milk released by the protagonist

I would like to see the heroine's fascination with the cult which will increase her corruption and eventually change her psyche and interaction with NPCs if she can't escape from there. Something similar to what happened in part 1 when the cultists caught you and locked you in a prison and then performed a ritual

While I'm not sure I'd be willing to let it go that far, the thought of seeing the village succumb to any kind of darkness that incurs the wrath of the church does scream wonderful memories of that time the Church of Granas from Grandia II sent Selene and its Cathedral Knights to wipe out that one village suspected of harbouring a piece of Valmar, (which it did).

... and I'd totally be all for that kind of bad ending, should you fail to restore light to the region.

I was hoping the sewer slugs came back.
Shouldn't the swamp slugs count? They're similar enough.
