Can anyone help me out compiling the references and easter eggs in SiNiSistar 2?
While the concept of goblins kidnapping and raping other races to breed was explored way before Goblin Slayer, even in Dungeons & Dragons, the Demihuman Lair here was undeniably inspired by Kumo Kagyu's writing.
While the Demi-Humans are definitely inspired by Goblin Slayer, what with all the traps and the not-hobgoblins walking around, they are only one out of many inspirations Nennai had while designing them. For example, their name and appearance is directly taken from ELDEN RING's Demi-Humans. In fact, they are almost completely identical apart from their skin color. And when you consider that Nennai is a huge FromSoft fan and that ELDEN RING was released months before development of Demi-Humans began, you can see why they're so similar.
As for the other inspiration; the masks that Demi-Humans wear during ambushes inside the Lair, when Lelia's giving birth, and during the Arcezon Raid were inspired by the Genshin Impact's Hilichurls. Nennai said as such in an article when discussing the Demi-Humans during development.
The Archezon Cathedral has many references to Bloodborne, with the most obvious ones being the Provisioner enemy, whose attack patterns mimick to a T the strategy employed by the Brainsuckers in Bloodborne. We also have the Giant Pig and the many snails with similar cosmical lore implications. Hell, the last boss is straight up an Amygdala.
, the slugs that are so prominent in both games are also a homage to Bloodborne. They don't give an explicit reason for how Bloodborne inspired them, but most likely the slugs are based on the 'Childhood's Beginning' ending of the game where the Hunter ascends to becoming a Great One and transforms into a slug-like creature.
Honestly, Bloodborne is to SiNiSistar what Berserk is to FromSoft games. Nennai referenced Bloodborne so much that you would have to name nearly everything in the game. The whole premise of Otherworldly Beings getting women pregnant came straight from Bloodborne too, but where the Great Ones of Bloodborne simply did it out of the base desire to have children, the Otherworlders do it to create a vessel from which they can influence the world.
Did I miss anything? I'm talking more direct nods here, rather than "Oh, the Midas Touch boss is based on the greek myth of King Midas", if that makes sense.
It's not really a direct nod since it's so easily missed, but the 'Master of the Lake' scene you get when entering the Northeast Village too early is a reference to H.P. Lovecraft's The Shadow Over Innsmouth. Back when the Northeast Village was still internally referred to as the 'Sea' biome,

, describing it as a village who had gone mad worshipping the Higher Being that lives there. They described the area as a 'port town', the Abandoned Village of the first game but with a bigger scale.
Of course in the final game, the Resident Evil 4 inspiration took precedence and the plot point of the villagers worshipping the Higher Being that lives there was cut. Yet nevertheless, the 'Master of the Lake' whom Nennai intended to be the village's Higher Being still remains as the last trace of SiNiSistar's homage to Innsmouth. Since in lore, the 'Master of the Lake' is the fully-matured form of the Otherworlder Slugs Rabiane/Lelia give birth to when they lose to the Observer/Great Seere, Abomination Broodling Harbinger, and the Father (When you fail to break out of the illusion) respectively.
This of course, carries the terrifying implication that an Otherworlder on the same level as the Great Seere and Father has already achieved what the final bosses of the two games could not: being born and inhabiting the mortal world.
EDIT: While I'm not sure if this can be counted since it's a reference in the first game rather the second, but I'll just mention it here.

, they mention that the first boss of the series; that mass of flesh that Rabiane has to shoot before it reaches her, actually has a name. According to Nennai, the boss' name is Ashley, named after the Resident Evil 4 character. Their design was inspired by G's final form in Resident Evil 2 and Pedeleon from Ultraman. Apart from the first level, Ashley would reappear again on the third-to-last stage of the first game as the elevator boss referred to as Executioner + Ashley, who is notably a boss so greatly despised by the community as per the vocal outrage in the SiNiSistar Discord server whenever they are mentioned.
That's all I got for now. I really appreciate that you're going out of your way to list down all the references the game makes to other franchises. Keep it up!
