For the ruffian go to the lower part of the city. Go slightly to the right from the church where you start.

If you almost approaching the last boss, you should have got the white powdery item that allows you to see the unseen. Use that item.

The whole section where you go inside a giant fleshy worm creature might've been inspired by Super Junkoid, the best Super Metroid romhack ever made in my opinion. It's certainly not a porn game, but if you enjoyed Sinisistar you'll definitely love this one, the atmosphere and stage design are the best kind of unsettling and intriguing.



Regarding Sinisistar 2's worm level, I'm kinda disappointed that you spend an entire stage inside a giant monster and don't get digested even once but man I've been enjoying it a lot so far, the gameplay is so much better than the first game's, even if the violence seems to have been toned down.

You are looking in the wrong area, if you have the powder that let's you fight the last boss, teleport to the demihuman lair and go left from it till you find a screen with 2 pillars and no enemies on that screen, use the powder there to fight a secret boss and unlock an overpowered wand.

It seems like a dead end with no loot or enemies or anything. I think this is the only room in the whole game that I found that seems to just be pointless.

...maybe this is where a new dlc will open up eventually....*shrug*

The question is why you need farm Relic anyway, just waste of time.
You basically able to defeat any boss in this game without upgrade your MP limit (except you have skill issue that continues miss attack or unable to hit the weakness).

It's for an Easter egg some people already mentioned in previous pages. Crouch at the far left corner for like 20 seconds to get 200 Relic.

Watch this video all boss fight at next to the Final Boss, you can see the secret boss location (or just simply looking for the 2 pillar symbol on the map at left of Demihuman Lair).

All boss fight for anyone who struggling, all of them except the final boss quite easy if you know the strategy. I still not figure out how to fight the final boss easierI.

so the funny thing about this area here, you only get 300 relics from attempting to jump near the top of the cliff....thats it. I found this when I was trying to explore where to use the Scivia Powder to unlock the last scene and my investigation lead me to one of these locations, where I did everything and all I got was the relic stash.

For people who looking for pregnancy content in this game. I'll say it have both Pregnancy Mechanics/System (for tentacles monster only) and Ending Only Pregnancy, just make sure you spam "break free" buttons before you accident trigger the pregnancy ending.

You need to go to the northern village, get the parasite. In the village, find 2 fragments of the eye-shaped key. And then use this key on the doors in the village. There, at the end, you will be given the key to the cathedral fence.

Love the game but god the worm boss is so ass. Hugging the right border and popping arrows whenever the boss feels like shooting its tongue and getting effective 1-hit and being forced through like 20-30 seconds of cutscene is such bad design.

I'm just mentioning it there if someone wants to grind relics for whatever reason. I get what you mean. Lategame, the saint wand and mana potions make MP negligible. Your MP stops acting like a second health bar, too. And even without grinding, you should already be hitting your max level upgrade and be on your way to your second by the final boss.

I absolutely despise the genre but there seem to be alot of nice scenes that are not of that genre in the game.
If you could tell me how many of the scenes are guro I would be thankful
