Not that pregnancy itself really has a negative impact other than interrupting 10% of your magic casts. Once you best the final boss and unlock status effects in the gallery, you can unselect pregnancy and poof, its gone from in-game.
I could've sworn I got both of those, I even redid the chest trap one but it just won't fill out in the gallery, weird. Ah well, at least now that I know I'm not actually missing anything I can finish the game.
Very end boss. You gotta beat him and then lose the struggle cutscene on the end. I actually wouldn't suggest losing since it's a pita to beat him. Check the gallery.
No, example if you change the attack button to "E" you can start a conversation with an npc but to continue to conversation you need to press "X" after the initial start of it.
