I believe all scenes related to any monster will unlocked after you defeat it. Only scenes need specific condition stay locked.
From my experience, that's not so. Like the broodling abortion scene, when I first unlocked it there was only one scene. But after I decided to let the scene play out, I realised that there was actually 2 other scene.
This is the leftmost side of the map, the only useless dead end in the game.
I tried using the womb crest to unlock some scenes, but haven't found any. I'm thinking you're talking about the lost blessing, which does unlock pregnancy and birth scenes.
Probably it cause by bug. I never have womb crest with them but still unlock everything.
Some people already tell the method to unlock it (or you can simply watch my video, the second latest boss, it show the location on map and item used).
You don't need to defeat the northeast village boss (though it's still possible to defeat him).
