Aye, they deserve it. For now, it'll be interesting to see what the modding community comes up with between then. Not sure when DLC will be landing though, I dont think it will be for awhile. Maybe Sept is my guess. Devs will be taking a break I reckon
Funny thing, that boss is entirely skippable and you can get behind it if you come from the other side in the endgame and oneshot it from the back. XDDude that purple boss that keeps spawning the jumping things and attacks from the ground with tentacles is so fucking hard ive hit it maybe 50times and my damage is 56 each time and it stiilll isnt dead
Thats it?? Thank you i was getting so frustrated because ive been fighting this thing for like 10 minutes straight at the least and i wasn't getting anywhereattack and destroy all 3 tentacles
You can destroy the tentacles!??? I was trying to dodge them the entire fight.attack and destroy all 3 tentacles
Sounds like a crack-pot theory, but also aligns with the secret slug on the bridge and praying under the Eye at the hidden relic item below the elevator.Out of all pregnancy that Liliah has, only the slug otherworlder have a successful birth as the slug is born with an eye. Meanwhile, the Father procreation with Liliah would result in stillbirth. What I've know that there is two ways to break the infertility blessing: 1. Failing to defeat the slime boss in dream and 2. from priest giving womb crest on Liliah. The priest of the cathedral possibly knew how to break infertility blessing due to possible previous association with Kessaria cathedral. Slime otherworlder may have put infertility blessing on Liliah to prevent competitors from taking Liliah as their host, and breaking the infertility blessing would induce deformities on competing otherworlders. Liliah may have took a contract with slime otherworlder in secret to boost her magical ability so that she can fight the Father in return for her to be able to give birth to a perfect vessel, which may explain why she embraced the slime at the post-credit ending when she decide to not kill it. Killing the slime at the post-credit ending may be seen as a betrayal for the slime otherworlder which may have a large consequence for her in the future.
The demi-human and parasite pig pregnancies are also successful. The latter involves bipedal pigs drinking milk from Leila's giant breasts. As for the Father, the game gives her the status "Mother of the Otherworlder", so I would assume it was a successful birth even if it looks like a stillborn. I like your theories of a pact with the random slug, maybe a minor otherworlder offering a contract?Out of all pregnancy that Liliah has, only the slug otherworlder have a successful birth as the slug is born with an eye. Funny crackhead theory, if only the game wasn't stating the opposite:Out of all pregnancy that Liliah has, only the slug otherworlder have a successful birth as the slug is born with an eye. A failed Mother of Otherworlder to be exact. Stillborn are considered as failed birth as it cannot become invisible as the Father do. Still, the Father uses the stillborn to try to procreate with many women as an extension of itself to find a woman that can successfully birth a perfect vessel for the Father. The demi-human and parasite pig pregnancies are also successful. Blessing of Infertility is probably a recent magic invention by the church as Rabianne doesn't have it in previous game.Funny crackhead theory, if only the game wasn't stating the opposite:

Somebody correct us later if you find proof of the opposite, but suposing my dude/dudette is correct... Rabiane gets another win, because she is a superior vessel than Leila and Haanja combinedA failed Mother of Otherworlder to be exact. Meanwhile, the slug Otherworlder is trying to re-establish influence on the world since Rabianne, also can't birth a perfect vessel for the Otherworlder, killed it in previous game. Rabianne turned that final boss into a minor Otherworlder.
I don't think Rabianne is a superior vessel since she can't birth out perfect vessel for Observer as she birth out master of the lake instead. Rabianne's enemies in the first game are more objectively trying to kill her instead of capturing her signifying that she's not that worth of birthing childrens compared to Liliah, which might explains larger guro content in previous game.Somebody correct us later if you find proof of the opposite, but suposing my dude/dudette is correct... I know I have been making fun of the second game for a while, but I do enjoy its heroines and bosses, including the Jobber Father. In the future, I will give more wins to Leila and Haanja above Rabiane, but Observer is still the Chad for me.
