While Dlsite English description has her name as Lilia. In game mod folder for no tight has her name as Lelia. So both Lilia and Lelia should be legit.
Hmm, if that's the case, Lelia is the definitive answer then. The dev was responsible for naming it that way within the game itself while DLSite is only a platform that sells it. So, one could argue the latter is only a minor translation hiccup at best.

Oooooh, so that's where it comes from; that's about as canon as it gets.

Her name still being in Japanese「リーリア」when starting a new game despite setting it on English had me a little confused.
I was thinking 'Lilia'「リリア」didn't seem right because the extended vowel didn't fit to how it would be pronounced in English.

The 'Le' (pronounced 'lee') in Lelia has a slightly longer sound that makes the「ー」in「リーリア」make perfect sense to me.

In fact, it's pretty common for Japanese people write wrong foreign word. So even if the author write her name Lelia it doesn't mean that's correct name.
Her name in Japanese is リーリア = LiiLia (with the first "i" a little longer than single i) or RiiRia.
Apparently, 'Lelia' is the correct name and spelling as odd as it may seem. Nennai commented about her name in a blog post once.

名前も「リーリア/Lelia」と名付けました。

名前の由来は特にありませんが、東ヨーロッパ寄りの色白美少女っぽい雰囲気をイメージしました。

About the name
We also named her "Lelia."

There is no particular reason behind the name, but I imagined her to have the vibe of a fair-skinned, beautiful girl from Eastern Europe.

And within the same paragraph, Nennai comments that Lelia is canonically a Slav.

OK, but... is it anyhow noticeably different from the first game? As far as the screenshots go it looks pretty much identical, except for the menu and the heroine being blond.
