If you succeed, Leila is back to normal, and can get pregnant again and repeat the whole process. If you fail, it's a game over ending where Leila births a slug-like abomination while turning the chapel into a slug nesting ground where she and Haanja end up getting raped by them.
In other words, its progression is entirely dependent on player choice instead of a timer like in most other games. If you choose to do nothing, Leila will just stay pregnant indefinitely. The aforementioned tentacle egg pregnancy is the sole exception in the game so far.

No Idea what gamehub is, if its another pc emulator the problem is probably that bepinex doesnt correctly start. I cant help you there much. The procedure to get bepinex to work would be similar to how its done on proton (linux windows emulator), though i do not know if your emulator allows configuring to that extend.
Can we talk about how ridiculous some of these 1-star reviews are? this game is clearly good, I think some of these 1-star reviews should be removed because they're just personal attacks on this game.

beat the hidden boss, seere. Use the powder at the ruin near demihuman cave, you can check the location by simply searching on this thread about the hidden boss due to sheer amount of people asking the same questions over and over again like it became a meme at this point.

Yeah the weapon also trivializes most combat with how OP it is, you basically never run out of mana with how you can just spam out attacks.
is there just no way to unlock the gallery easily? i tried many saves. still none of them would give me the progress.

This is Chinese Uncensor Mod, one of the best that is out there in my opinion that don't modify original clothes of the portraits, and link is to updated version with new scenes from v1.1.0.
I play one full gameplay with that Chinese Uncensor Mod, then I swap for next full gameplay with Hardflip No Veil Transparent Clothes Mod. Those are my 2 favorite mods for now. I also like this new brown hair Lelia but she's censored for now. Maybe someone will uncensor brown hair Lelia in future... but then we will get red hair Lelia, blonde hair Lelia, purple hair Lelia, black hair Lelia... just joking
