Following the four pregnancy game overs and ignoring game mechanics, normal Abonimation Broodlings (the ones that attract the Harbringer) will always lose to children born from Demi-humans, Parasited Pigs, those created with the influence of the cultists, and impregnation by the Otherworlder itself. The eggs/parasite stacks remain, but no longer matter, or they were probably consumed by the stronger children.

You can already with my cheat menu. The last option where u can scroll through the abnormal statuses is the one you need. you can scroll to the state "Broken" and toggle that off if i remember correctly

Also there seems2 be mar cheats in the game as well like [D] 2 kill Ur self and [E] 2 kill all enemies. >w>

Yea unfortunately i have no idea how the game manages this that it refuses to give the player statuses depending on the location. The fact that all of the code uses the method im using suggests that even the game itself cant naturally give you statuses if you arent in certain locations.
All i know that it loads and unloads Abnormal Statuses depending on where you are.
