A new topic that no one discuss because it feels obvious, like checkpoints, interesting art, or savegames. What do you think about the goddess statues in the game? I believe they were built beforehand, during the peaceful time hinted at by the old woman behind the village (like when she still served in the church and its surroundings). All the bosses (unlike the lesser species serving as their minions) have an evil, dark energy that’s affected by the statues (at least repelled, or at most directly damaged, purifying their darkness and weakening them). That’s why they’re always at the end of the path, after or far from the statues. (Only the holy grail with blessed water doesn’t affect them much, or perhaps the grail came after the statues and was placed there as a tool left by a pioneer purifier, a reminder or aid in case they failed?) Evidence supporting this theory is near the Demihuman Cave, where you find headless goddess statues. Personally, I think the demihuman god ordered their destruction or defilement, not something the lesser species came up with on their own. (If the lesser species devised it as a strategy, they would’ve also destroyed the statue heads in the village during Lelia’s village revenge event after defeating and trying to abuse her for killing their worshipped god.) This boss truly has the ability to think, possibly on par with the priest in the parasite village. Meanwhile, creatures like the leech boss act purely on instinct, without thought.
this may.. maybe just an overlooked detail, not worth mentioning, or lacks an explanation, then fine, let’s wait for the new version and see the clarification.

Your EGO is bigger than both otherworlder final bosses from Sinisistar games combined. :ROFLMAO:
My ego—I’m just hoping for things that make more sense. Stop being clueless, guy like:

Listen here. All you've been doing for the last several days, is coming to this thread, calling people stupid, and demanding they read your "analyses". "Analyses" which doesn't exist by the way, because this account of yours only showed up in this thread barely a week ago, and hasn't interacted with first game's thread at all.
Clearly, you are a self-centered tourist who's EGO demands you to be the center of attention.

I see you’re confident, but the way u read psychology is zero. I wonder if you’re being serious? Do you want a full, accurate debate about the storyline, diversity, or meaning, or do you just dislike others? You can judge me the way I and others judge each other, or judge the game, but diving into my claim that everyone’s foolish—I’m NOT WRONG when I have evidence-scan, and they haven’t even read it is REAL, so everything being discussed is just a rehash of things that already have results but somehow produce worse outcomes? If I oppose that, does it make me selfish? Fine, go ahead and talk, I won’t judge anymore, okay? >:)

Being a little more humble doesn't hurt anyone really. I think some of your theories are fine but some of them I think are off the mark, however going in with the mindset that you are always right isn't going to help anyone. Also if you really want people to read your analysis the least you could do is quote yourself. Ain't nobody gonna go thumb through 222 pages just to find your theory just cause you told them to read yours. I'm over here also theorizing heavily while I had little interaction on the forum before but I try to not make the mistake of thinking my theory is the absolute truth and instead engage in civil conversation, as well as I reiterate and evolve my theory based on the evidences other present. You really need to try an open mindset.

I didn't know this exist until my second playthrough lol. In my first one I found this place before getting the explosive arrow and just forgot about it. Is there any other upgrade to the sword magic?

The gallery is on the bookshelf behind Haanja, in game.

Tbh, he sounds like a kid that's been banned from D&D one too many times because he's too busy arguing with the GM.

Which is sad. I appreciate his enthusiasm for the game's lore but his demeanor doesn't inspire discourse. It discourages it.

So far, it doesn't look like there is a sword magic upgrade.
A little tip: Try jumping from that wooden platform, and going as far to the right as you can. :D
Even if you fall all the way down, don't worry. ;)
