Yeah but extremely difficult. It's not just a regular skill issue but you have to have pro skills. I have managed to get one or two hits in but since I was using keyboard controls on a 2019 laptop, it was frustratingly difficult to land even one hit in. This game seems to use up too much RAM and graphic RAM: more than it should.

My PC only has 8 GBs of RAM, and I managed to do it twice. Try closing other apps your laptop might be running while playing Sinisistar. And most importantly: Never give up.

It's not with the BepInEx, the problem is with my PC, either hardware or windows. Basically when it happens, all programs stop responding and I can't turn off my PC using shut down. I had to force it off by holding the power button.

Yesterday it happened again and when I turned on my PC again and continued the game, somehow all unlocked CGs disappeared as if I hadn't seen them. Not to mention, even the setting to always run got reset to default and I had to turn it back on again.

Weird, sounds like your windows is pretty messed up.

OK i finished with "No_Veil" mod.
What is done: Highway events, Swamps, Village, Town, Cathedral, Cave, Lair, Farm and Final-Boss.
I had to drastically change some sprites like Tree Boss/Ruffians/Swamps due to bugs or empty sprite files.

What i didnt do (lack skills in photoshop): Turned to Gold(Midas) and Turned to Stone(petrification), so if someone wants to help you are welcome.

Well, I don't have to worry about it anymore because I've recently bought a gaming laptop that can handle it. It's still a bit harder with just the keyboard, though. Honestly controller is recommend. Just have to make sure that the controller is compatible with the game.

Alright so...I defeated the first priest in the eastern village, but that meant I didn't fight the villagers in their worm/tentacle form. I thought I would try going back to the village and fight the priest again so I can lose to him this time, but somehow there's a bug that made me unable to get grabbed by the priest at all.

Anyone else experienced this? I was trying to get the parasite with Haanja CG.

I honestly don't know, I can already tell almost all the games I suggest, you must've already played. But still here are some side scrollers I enjoyed.

1) Thornsin
2) Alien Quest: Eve
3) Holy Knight Ricca
4) Night of Revenge
5) Parasite in City

La Vitalis: Immortal Loss seemed promising but still very early in development. And there's one RPGM game called LonaRPG. Personally my favorite h-game ever. Unironically come for the horny, and stayed for the plot and gameplay. The worldbuilding and environmental storytelling is so good. I recommend you give it a try.

I understand your point. I kinda feel the same with the game Hounds of the Meteor.
Sometimes you find a game that you like so much, but it is simpl too short and you look
for something equal, but you just can't find any. And on top of it, since it is a hentai
game, it makes things even more difficult.

The game is a step up in virtually everything but man...they really dropped the ball on the soundtrack. Directly compared to the first game the soundtrack sucks ass xD

Pretty damn good game, just did a second playthrough where I didn't lose infertility to see if there was a difference, but didn't end up testing it lol.

Did anyone know that you can skip the whole flesh maze and underground part? The wall blocking the bridge can be killed with an arced explosive shot from somewhere between the last two pillars of the bridge's left half. Then you can just float across, and get into the cathedral. Can skip the town boss too, since you get the explosive arrow before the boss.

Hell I'm not exactly sure what the trigger to enter the town is, you might be able to skip the leech boss and the raiding party.
I love sequence breaks.

If you like the visual style, Lilitales might be up your valley. Luna looks a lot like Lelia. However Lilitales is a grid-based dungeon crawler RPG, and there is no guro, but it has some challenging content, consensual and not-consensual sex, religious cults, monsters, tentacles and that very good feeling of slow corruption throughout it.

If you are more interested in guro parts, try Mad Island, however it is more of a sandbox similar to Conan Exiles, but it has all the guro type stuff even much more than here. For example, one of the earlier bosses carries female corpses hanging on a pole behind his back, and during combat he can start fucking them to regen health. This is also going to be the pole where he will hang Yona, the FMC, if you lose (it also has MMC, they have both have different scenes and you can mostly swap freely between the two, however some events require a specific protagonist). The visual style, on the other hand, is vastly different, and the game is in the early access as well, though there is a lot of content even as of now. The thread I linked also has all the possible helpful guides for it, in case it does click for you.

If everythings installed correctly, the cheat menu should already be open upon launching the game
