No, I also looked at it several times, I understand that the developer wanted to implement more things to the game but couldn't due to the dates, but perhaps it will be used in a DLC
Go to the most left area, people say you need to crouch and after a few moment you will get 200 relics (only once, not repeatable), that's all
Combining the naked mods you all made, I've been QA for 2 types of animation, one is in a completely undressed and the other is stripped off completely when the clothes are torn apart.
I found an asset with underwear on the body type during the test (for example, Broodling Nanny Ending in Last Boss. File name body_31), but I'm not sure where I can fix it or if it works well.
And during the test, I found body_h_015 corresponding to tentacle chest still unmodified.
Although it's clumsy, I'll upload a bare-ass file I made myself, so take it if you need it.
That's my little thank to you guys for making me mod and nennai for doing this bloody hard job.

Also I drew a parallel with Bloodborn before with the whole concept of eldritch gods needing to reproduce with humans for one reason or another and employing a crazed cult of people to attempt such a thing.
