The save itself doesn't contain the gallery it seems. Could you please post the rest of your SaveData folder?

If you want to merge the mods, use Photoshop directly.
idk why but my old saves and any new save's I make will have a bugged completely white save preview picture but otherwise this works just fine. Thanks ^.^

No, the game is complete. However, there are some areas suspected to have been left empty on the map for future content addition.
Didn't work for me either with the following error after the game trying to download something in vain:
Unhandled exception. System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'UnityEngine.CoreModule, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The system cannot find the file specified.

I also couldn't separately download BapinEx as the browser refuse to do it.
I suspect BapinEx may be overkill as there are other ways to cheat. For example, a simple program can be written to adjust save file.

Could you try deleting the folder "BepInEx/interop" and run the game again?
BepInEx is not really overkill in this situation. You cant edit the save file to enabled god mode and because the game uses IL2CPP we cant edit the Managed Code directly.

Yea in that case i can only recommend you to add an exclusion rule for the games folder to your anti virus. BepInEx is open source so you can mostly trust it and my own plugin is also open source so im not hiding anything in my code.Thanks for your clarification. Good to know. Deleting interop folder didn't help. But I found the cheat game is trying to download BepInEx automatically but my Malware blocker refuse to do it. Oh well, nothing is simple these days.
