No, this time they ban all non-japanese to access all loli / underage stuff. If you try to view those game you will redirect to frontpage. And thanks to f95 policy here if dlsite says it is underage no way it can be posted here too
They changed the tag name to "younger sister" or hide the tag entirely, but it is still searchable through titles.

That's allegedly because of a Japanese censorship thing, the spiders flew too close to the sun in terms of looking-like-a-real-creature which Japanese law would've categorized as bestiality, which is a nono. Source: Nennai's Ci-en (he was informed himself by the studio)
