To be fair, the first game didn't really have a "story" per se. The only things you can get from it would be the background settings and artistic designs. Clearly, the team behind that hentai OVA didn't have a talent writer to make it a story, the result was a mashup of in-game scenes made in anime style.

The second game (this one) does have a clear story line. Although not a single straight path, I can see its story being turned into other media types with some tweaks.

Frankly, how well third-party adaptations turn out isn't really the priority. I'd say it's always a good thing as long as it provides the developer with some financial support, which hopefully would motivate him to make more titles.

Quick summary:

The two new quests are implemented and playable in the game; now debugging and doing some minor tweaks. What's left to do for the update are just some small new features (see below) and adjust game balance. Will add some small bonuses if there's time for it.

New feature "NEW GAME+", by selecting a cleared save data upon starting a new game, you can start fresh while keeping part of the player status and items. This feature is only enabled after clearing the game, there's no difference in the story. (So I guess there won't be a new ending.)

I hope the New Game+ will feature some minor difficulty changes (additionnal enemies spawn for example) to take in count that you start fully upgraded.

I think they mean implemented as in the got em in their version and are finishing up. Not that it's out.

Same here, no fast travel, stronger de-buffs, more enemies, but damage and enemies health should not change

Although I enjoy the combat gameplay very much, I can't really enjoy those gore scenes.

I really wish to see the scenes with the Drunk Man / Outlaws in the starting Town to be expanded, but the author didn't mention anything like that in the past few posts so... I'm not holding my breath.

Yes, but I want more Town scenes when Lilia does it willingly. It may started as rape, but Lilia ends up enjoying the act, and things escalate from there...

The sex toys only being used for that one single scene at the last stage is kinda a waste. They could even become game mechanisms - like if you have some toys "equipped," then you're protected against some monsters, or to make the game even harder, like can't use potions when gagged, having hands cuffed together so no arrow magics, or getting blindfolded reduces your vision like that part when you escape from the goblin cave prison… The possibilities…!

I am missing one scene, its the last scene in the Highway it says to use an item in a particular location do you happen to know what that means?

The developer does mention that they intend to add more such scenes. The best that I can say is wait until a new update or maybe a wholly new version of the game.
